I just went to that 1st Sunday in August. Packed. So many vendors it took two and a half hours to walk it. I bought a wooden American flag and a cigar store Indian
Yeah, great time for sure! The wind just made it more exciting! I actually have a video of one of the buyer's almost getting hit by a flying metal sign. It missed him by maybe a foot or two. Very lucky guy!
1:53 Not sure what that is, except for the bulls horns. The reason the stereoscope cards are curved like that is so that the image appears even and sharp from center to top and bottom. I owned one so that's how I know this.
That transformer thing is a Variac meaning variable AC. It’s a great tool. You vary the power to a plugged-in thing from 0-100 percent. Sometimes a little beyond 100%.
As always great video 👍
Light table to view slides, negatives and film, cellulose and used in photography, and cartoon industry
Fascinating items. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you liked it!
that looks like a good flea market. road trip time
For sure. If you're in a few hours driving distance, it's definitely worth it.

It's one of my favorite flea markets. Thanks for watching!
I like the No Standing sign. I'd like to put it on the wall behind my toilet
great video, nice seeing all the toys especially the batmobile.
Glad you enjoyed it! I regret not getting that Batmobile. I couldn't believe what it's going for online!
I also did a video on opening and and picked up that same Gumby figure at the start of your video.
Good taste!
I was there that day too. Man it was windy. But I got some great deals.

Connecticut has so many great Markets, can you suggest any around Albany NY ?
Sorry, that's outside of my area. The only flea market I know in New York is Stormville.
@@fleabittenadventures Thanks mate I think we will pay it a visit.
Always enjoy watching your videos. Saw some salt & pepper shakers. I collect them.Couldnt tell if I had some of those.😊
Thanks! Glad you like them!

Look at the signs!
Show more about the fishing stuff.

That red BOGEY BEVERAGES Metal sign looked interesting. Wonder if it was referring to Bogart.
It’s always windy .. Seems to be getting worse and worse
Yes, but the wind at this show was borderline tropical storm level! That guy nearly lost an eye.
It’s great 👍 the only thing I don’t understand it’s why they charge to enter to buy there ?
You must have everything handed to you as a child
What makes you say that?
Learn to haggle on price. I always haggle on price of things. Try to never pay what they are asking.
I usually do haggle, unless the price is already really good.
Not interested in vintage toys at all, so I won't be following you, but thanks anyway!
