May I ask about allergies? About 7 years ago I became very allergic to casein, which is the protein in cow's milk. I develop a rash around my mouth, like a red ring, which then develops into eczema. I have completely avoided all dairy products since. I also became a vegan 3 years ago. I have done a lot of fasting and cleansing, so I do not know if my body would still react negatively to dairy. Also, not sure if it is different if it applied topically rather than ingested. I would love to receive the sacred eyeliner but am worried about having an allergic reaction. Do you have any experience of this? Has Swamiji said anything regarding this? Also, is the red bindi dot also made using ghee? Thank you so much. Love and blessings, Alice x
Many Indian grocery stores sell it. Ask for kumkum ("koom-koom") or vermillion powder. If you can't find it, you can also use a paste made of haldi (turmeric) and a bit of water. Swami says in another video that the best time to apply it is just before sleeping

As far as I know, ghee is not used for kumkum (the red powder on his forward), though I could be wrong
