    我咧,本来看到标题3亿日元也就1500万人民币,在东京中心买塔楼应该没有太好,结果内部效果非常好,特别是那个富士山的景观真的太赞了,可惜,我是不会去日本买房子的,一个是大地震的可能越来越高,二是S3赛季一旦开始,日本就是第一线冲突地带,是应该避免去投资和居住的地方。

    這裡不是東京⋯⋯😂就算門牌掛北區也沒用,日本也是非常看門牌的,因為門牌不同,價位也差很多。
    說實在話,這個車站的方便性不差,離池袋也不遠,但是這一段的琦京線就算只做兩三站你會要你的命⋯
    這個價位要買這裡,還不如去買副都心線😅

      這個物件本身蓋的也許不差,但是這個地區個人不覺得值得這個價錢⋯更不要小看了琦京線通勤時間的壓力。
