    I've actually owned the Bright Shower Dual for a couple of years. It is EXCELLENT! Great overall. I am considering a Rainfall setup but am very hesitant due to the thinness and lack of high water pressure that my wife and I currently enjoy.
    You did a wonderful job in taking the time to install all of these and review them! #props 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    Cool video but a bit missed opportunity:
    1. I would've done a fill rate test for each shower head + mode
    2. I would've done a distance test for each shower head
    3. Do a baseline no showerhead measurement of 1 and 2
    Using both we could assess and normalise compared to our own water pressure at the tap which one would work best

    Thanks for your time to do video, good job! I take the flow restriction out of all the shower heads I've ever installed makes a big difference, even a cheap one flows like it should. Very easy to do,take rubber gasket out,with screen, then under that the flow restriction. Screw a 2 inch drywall screw in the middle of restrictor ,not too far in,take pliers and pull out restricter. Put gasket back in,reinstall. Worth the few minutes for a real shower!

      By increasing the flow of water, you can definitely get deluged! The downside: you can increase the flow rate from, say, 2 or 2.5 gallons per minute to 5 or 8 gpm. That doubles (or more) the water and energy (to heat up the water) bill for showering, and is also a sustainability minus for those who care (particularly like people living in, say, dry places like Nevada or Arizona). If that decreases your time in the shower by 2X, then that's totally fine, but if you stay in for around the same time, it's worth being aware that you're paying for that deluge.

    What? No Speakman showerheads? I first discovered them at luxury hotels. I've had their Icon 2252 installed in my bathroom for 25+ years now. Solid brass with chrome finish. Weighs a ton. Even with the terrible water here, it's never clogged or needed service. I've also never found anything better, no matter where I've been. Sure, it's not cheap, but not terribly expensive. 25+ years and still going.

    I would try the one with the filter just so I don't have to clean so much. That and harder water makes it harder to get or keep a lather. The house I am in now has hard water and even with the softener in the basement we still get rust stains eventually. They don't scrub off easily either. Not only that but when you hear all these people saying to use vinegar they are full of $hit. It does not work!

  • @eltonnoway7864
    @eltonnoway7864 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

    Its subjective when you say "You can see the water pressure" ... Actually, no we can't see the pressure in a video we can only see and estimate "the volume".
    What you perceive as "pressure" is a trick by manufacturers by making fewer and smaller holes in their shower heads to make more forceful stream (like Waterpic or putting your finger over the end of a garden hose.) I don't want 6 or 8 streams of high velocity drilling holes in my back, I want to be drenched in a luxurious amount of water and be able to rinse my hair in 10 or 15 seconds, not minutes. Unfortunately with all the Water Restriction laws its the water "volume" (gallons per minute) is the most coveted feature and what you failed to mention for each head reviewed (different from state to state 1.75gpm, 2.0gpm or 2.5gpm). Would have liked this video even better if you had timed and measured how much water each head provided in the same amount of time. That said, at this time is one of the better, more informative shower head reviews on TH-cam.
