And I'm willing to bet that with Dan Dresden's analytical skills that he is a member too. As for Alec, I got nothing. In fact, speaking of that flashback, I can still perfectly recite it word for word to this day. RIP to my favorite Hot Wheels character…I will never forget the first time I saw Kadeem getting turned by that machine and him yelling “GELORUM!!!” traumatized me as a kid, and the scary thing is that he most likely did suffer and felt every second of his torture😳…
There should also be a video called What if Kadeem wasn’t lost? Several things would be different. 1. Kadeem would continue to help Dr. Tezla. 2. There might not have been a conflict between the Teku and the Metal Maniacs. 3. Kadeem would not have been turned into a Racing Drone.
Just to make a small conclusion here, in a nutshell we learn that in Hot Wheels, robots arent meant to be trusted while in Terminator, we learnt that there are good robots out there
I want the "real" Kadeem back. (As human again) I wish Vert Wheeler, the Accelerons, and everyone else can find a way to change Kadeem back to his original self again. 😔But sadly, it's not gonna happen, and never will. (Those "evil" Racing Drones will pay. )😔
Unrelated but have you notice most the cars they drive Are stick but if you pay attention to the dash to some scenes when shown it says PRND21 LIKE ITS AUTOMATIC. Then to make it worst it's in neutral
Kadeem is tragic, because in the end of Highway 35, he is the one who gets the purse for the world race, with the intent to use it in benefitting his people. This is why he is so tragic, because almost all he worked for in highway 35 was for nothing. In cannon, if there was a year between the events of HW35 & Acceleracers, he would have gone home and given the money to his people. However, because he had not won the world race, and had received the money, he was the first person Dr Tesla called in for a favor. (Or second person- speaking of Lani, but I think she stayed with Tesla the whole time) Now Kadeem has to leave his home again, with the money but without a leader to guide his people, because the balance of power in the world was in danger. It more justifies him leaving his people here than in the first movie. In my head cannon Haziz was his grandfather figure or mentor as he grew up in Africa, and Haziz may have been the one who gradually taught him how to be a leader for his people. And as Kadeem grew old enough to explore his talents and leave his village, his skill as a racer became more and more realized, which led to him spending more and more time away from his village. When Haziz dies Kadeem is heartbroken and returns to his village, to pay his respects. Using what’s he’s learned and earned from racing, he helps to lead his people and puts racing aside. And this is where he gets recruited to join the world race. When 5 million dollars is in his grasp to help his people, he leaves for highway 35 while he is still grieving Haziz.
"We can't change your mind, but we can change everything else..." from one point of view this is the stupidest quote ever, from another the most ingenius.
Yeah sad when kadeem believed that everything was over and turned in to a machine designed to kill and cause pain. Was to lose the last hope of his human heart.
The black guy from a poor village getting convinced he's not human? If this was made today and maybe with an older age demo I think there's a pretty compelling point to be made about the racism of industrialization. And (hopefully obviously), yes these are old movies but it still feels like the token black guy got fridged. There's more going on here if you look at Tork as Kedeem's replacement. Maybe I'll do that work one day.
Vert should have been the one to find the False Wheel of Power. The False Wheel would not have destroyed herself. Vert takes her to Tesla and Tesla studies it.
I really hate that Kadeem became a drone. I really wish the series would have continued to see his redemption or somehow go back in human form. I mean he could have become the next villain after galorum.
Of all the characters they had to do this to, why Kadeem. Kurt, Markie, and often Taro were the jerks. Kedeem was the only racer who wasn't caught up in personal victories and racing teams, but he had to pay the price.
Am I the only one who feels the animation in World Race was clear of the one they used for Acceleracers..? Looked better and gives off the Borderlands kind of vibe to it

Also I gotta say, MY GA Acceleracers have one of the best Polish Dubbing I ever heard, many iconic actors before they were popular, voices fitting sometimes even better than English, masterpiece.
this part as a kid gave me ptsd. I really hope im not the only one.
thed rones gave me ptsd in the opening scene
@@chinnymisc Like legit, I was like "damn remember when Hot Wheels was about cars" lol the same reaction I get from the modern F&F movies. The only difference is that the mordern F&F movies just don't make sense and are just still there to make money, and the acceleracers is the opposite. If people ask me what's my favorite horror movie I say this movie haha
Love these videos man my favorite thing a child
god i love these movies so much thank you for bringing these back to me
RIP to my favorite Hot Wheels character…I will never forget the first time I saw Kadeem getting turned by that machine and him yelling “GELORUM!!!” traumatized me as a kid, and the scary thing is that he most likely did suffer and felt every second of his torture😳…
I miss kadeem😢
Did this mans the most dirty.
Kadeem is the type of person who would respect your options
Bro riiip!
he was my favorite character too!
(Those "evil" Racing Drones will pay. )😔
They did kadeem dirty ngl
The most disrespected character. they yurned the one actually good dude into a machine
@@stereo-soulsoundsystem5070 Partially, why? Gelorum, why did Gelorum do it? She's a sadistic machine, that's why.
*Vert Wheeler:* I'm going back for Kadeem.
*Kadeem (as a Cyborg/Racing Drone slave):* Kadeem is GONE!!!
Out of all the characters. Why did it have to be him? Kadeem sure as heck didn’t deserve what happened to him.
Kadeem's heel turn felt as painful as rhinox in beast machines.
Kadeem as RD-K1 (Hot Wheels World Race/Acceleracers) = Rhinox as Tankor (from Beast Wars/Machines series)
Unrelated but have you notice most the cars they drive Are stick but if you pay attention to the dash to some scenes when shown it says PRND21 LIKE ITS AUTOMATIC. Then to make it worst it's in neutral
kadeem,a old hero and now a glitched cyborg villain...
Anyone notice Kurt's eyes changed from orange to a greenish color from world race to acceleracers
Thanks for the video. I think kadeem dropped on purpose because he knew galorum would lose so he can take over.
(Or second person- speaking of Lani, but I think she stayed with Tesla the whole time)
Now Kadeem has to leave his home again, with the money but without a leader to guide his people, because the balance of power in the world was in danger.
My name is Kadeem
Yeah sad when kadeem believed that everything was over and turned in to a machine designed to kill and cause pain.
Was to lose the last hope of his human heart.
The black guy from a poor village getting convinced he's not human? If this was made today and maybe with an older age demo I think there's a pretty compelling point to be made about the racism of industrialization.
And (hopefully obviously), yes these are old movies but it still feels like the token black guy got fridged. There's more going on here if you look at Tork as Kedeem's replacement. Maybe I'll do that work one day.
He got finished because he was the one person who would invite both teams bro
Yeah this is wild

@@nemueru beat me to it
lmao
Oh my.. Can you guess what happened if Taro helped Kadeem in the storm realm? I bet he survived and make it to the end
I finally found my people
Of all the characters they had to do this to, why Kadeem. Kurt, Markie, and often Taro were the jerks. Kedeem was the only racer who wasn't caught up in personal victories and racing teams, but he had to pay the price.
We still don't know if it was him or his robotic self that we saw in the final movie.
Kadeem deserved none of this.
Is this the danger that was down the road that the blind monk was telling him about in world race?
yes
Am I the only one who feels the animation in World Race was clear of the one they used for Acceleracers..? Looked better and gives off the Borderlands kind of vibe to it
Kurt originally had hazel eyes, not blue. Seems to be a common color in the movies.
What if it was vert in place of kurt vert and kadeem where good homies that might have changed things
So did they rip off his lims or put a Shel over them
2:46 Kadeem evil smile
0:22 I must say, that English Kadeem just sounds like Gelorum is Kadeems ex driving away with all his stuff while he realize he's been stolen from.
You should check out the German voiceline.
THAT is how despair sounds, imo.

Honestly, it wasn’t really much of a video essay. It was more of a video. I think it would’ve been a bit better if you had more analysis and speaking rather than 80% of it being video
my newer videos are better hahah i think from AcceleRacers: Brotherhood is when i only had only me talking
i suggest you stop adding these pauses to show movie clips in the middle of sentences and just show the clips going on in the background, it kinda ruins everything and gets pretty
annoying, just show the clips
without audio and
in the background while you are talking
