  • ( www.TFLcar.com ) There is no doubt that the 2013 Chevrolet Grand Sport Corvette Convertible will put a huge smile on your face when you mash down the accelerator pedal. The 430 horsepower sports car is one of the fastest (if not ) the fastest and best handling American made sports cars that you can buy today. But there's a lot of interesting technology that makes the Chevy Corvette such a razor sharp racetrack tool and yet at the same time a car that you can drive everyday. Check out this first drive review video as we put the latest 2013 Chevrolet Grand Sport Corvette Convertible to the technology test.

    Sick! I've seen a 60th Anniv. GS coupe at Rick Hendrick Chevy and it was just beautiful.

    The minute I seen him turn the car on the dust like that at the beginning, I turn the video right off I would never do that to my Vette. I have the same car..

    When does the next generation Corvette arrive?

  • @ers1027
    @ers1027 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    I think Roman knows that. He was stating that the shape of the wheels (Wide and not very tall walls) is similar to how a racecar's tires are.

    If you look at the buyer demographics for cars, pretty much anything in that kind of price range($50k+)is for "old" people, because most "young" people simply don't have the money for it.
    The average age of a Porsche 911 owner is 52, and Lambos and Ferraris are likely worse, seeing as how they're so much more expensive. Young professionals, sports stars and celebrities do buy them, but they make up a pretty small part of the consumer base.
    So yeah, people do need to educate themselves.

    Let's see those cars outrun that Corvette, on a track and on a dragstrip. Yeah. This car outruns the M3 in almost every category. And worse aerodynamics? than what?

    This exact car is sitting at the dealership near me. It is a nice car, but I despise that Alcantara/suede stuff, it feels like utter garbage and you know it is going to age terribly over the years. That should be banned from all cars.

    80 grand for this? No thank you.
    I just don't understand who would pay nearly 80 grand for this. sure its got HP but 80 grand worth? For 80 grand I rather get an Audi or a Beamer.

    And why is no one complaining about those pathetic bumpers? If this car was from anywhere other than the U.S., Americans would want the engineers' heads on a platter.
