I’m 75. Home during Covid my sister said Listen to Jack Hibbs online. My mouth dropped open. I’d never heard straight Bible taught. I was AMAZED. SO MANY PEARLS!! My church was dry to me when they opened. I searched for Calvary Chapel in Knoxville but it was far away from home. You and Amir said go to a whole Bible teaching church NO MATTER HOW FAR AWAY IT IS.
I did and my life was changed. I asked for Gods Holy Spirit and found what being a follower of Jesus is!!

I thought I was saved at 9, I followed my big brother down the aisle. At 15 sitting in church, the HS convicted me, I thought I would die and go to hell before the invitation started, I went down and gave my life to Jesus, that was 50 years ago, I have strayed but Jesus never let me go, He always pulled me back! He is my only hope! His word is so real when I read my Bible, I love to hear him speak to me through His word!!🙏💜
I must agree with you. I left the "church" I had attended for years and found a Bible/expository teaching man of God - and listen to Pastor Jack EVERY chance I get. The things I have learned!! I am SO grateful! "For a time such as this..."!!! Anointed no doubt!!! SO THANKFUL!

And who I found is Dr Gene Kim he really teaches it well and it's Bible believers very refreshing all brilliant men very good. Blessings. I have felt in a similar way due to past denominational churches that I have attended over the years. I am sure our lives really were not seen as a waste. God can use our experiences for His glory. 😊

Eight years ago I was at home alone, (I couldn't work for several days because I have MS) one day in February of 2016 in my kitchen Jesus came into my heart. I felt it so strongly, I cried for a week. It was not a wow moment at all, I was totally devastated. I asked the Lord for forgiveness and what I should do next. For some reason, I got a thought in my head "wait two weeks". I asked Him out loud, what do you mean by two weeks?
I didn't get a reply, but after a week and a half the pastor from the local church came into the store where I worked. Then I just knew. I told him that I wanted to come to the church, and he gave me a very happy smile and invited me in the next week. I am 52 years old now, having full retirement after a severe MS relapse, and I don't attend church any longer but I read my Bible and pray every day and listen to preachings online. Oh, I have a wonderful story to tell but there's not enough room here. Thank you Pastor Jack for your great teachings, always joyful and make me laugh. God bless you and your family. I grew up as a Lutheran. Went to Calvary Chapel in the early years and was baptized by Chuck Smith at Corona Del Mar. Unfortunatly I backslid for a number of years and fell away until I returned. Now, I listen to your ministry every day, Wednesday night, weekly and Sundays. I pray for God to continue to bless your ministry as the world needs it and the word of God!
It's awesome that Jesus accepts people like us who knew the truth but decided to step away from His love. But His grace and salvation is still valid and He is merciful to accept His love once again.

On December 23, 1985 my children and I went through a house fire. Jesus called my name and woke me from a keep sleep. I was able by His leading to get my young sons and me out of that burning house. I was not saved then but Jesus knew I would go on to become His child. I was saved in April 1986 after a Pastor of a Baptist church, gave me a Bible and I learned all about Jesus. Still am learning. However now Jesus leads me down my life path. Thank you, Jesus!

I heard his voice at a teen conference the room was full of teens worshipping and their voices disappeared all I heard was Jesus. I sat on the floor when I stood up I understood I knew him and where I was going. Forever I have had immense longing to see the beauty of heaven. Now I pray for my children and do all I can to guide them to come along with me.
In my opinion, seeing God or hear his voice will not make you go to heaven. The only way is to Heaven is believe Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross and believe in your heart and repent and ask him for forgiveness and come into your heart. God so loved us that he sacrificed for our sins.. How grateful is that.. I hope you would understand my point 🙏🙏🙏

Years back, after being born again and seeking God full force, God began to give me lots of visions and dreams. In one dream I was on the portico with two large columns in front a large building, and there I unfolded my foldable table and dumped out my bag of beautiful green leaves onto the table. I was sorting through the beautiful leaves and found one that had a stamped impression on it, and what was stamped in that one leaf were the words, "YOU DID NOT CHOOSE ME, I CHOSE YOU." I think it was all capitalized. What a dream! What a revelation! Praise God! That reveals information to me, and confirms statements in His Word.
I wasted many years avoiding God. With help from Pastor Jack and Robert Breaker I am back on track. I still have a lot to learn. Praise God.
I was not saved in Vietnam, I'm now, as of Dec 3 1978, I am 72 now and I see how God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit, spared me through that awful time in my life, I reflect on it daily, heaven is my home and I thank The Lord for sending people like Jack Hibbs, Charles Lawson, Adrian Rogers, Justin Peters, Jack Van Impe, into my life whom are great teachers of the bible, uncompromised.

I really enjoyed your sermon last night about what's happening now. The local church I quit going to recently never talks about what's going on.I get nothing out of those empty sermons. I really enjoy yours! I recently started studying the book of Ephesians and I'm still in the first chapter. There's so much to think about and try to understand. Many thanks again for last night's message. I pray for this country every day, several times a day. May God give us the strength to endure this awful year.
I understand but if your church is preaching truth and the need for salvation I would stay. My pastor doesn't speak much on current events but he does have an urgency for people to get saved.
I love you Jesus! Thank You for having Your hand on my life since I was a little girl! I was about 7 years old when I gave my ❤️ to Jesus at a neighborhood summer Bible school class. Sadly.. after that, I was raised Catholic. Zero Holy Spirit there.. none! Now I know years later, looking back, that the devil is in religion! Religion is clearly the deeds & doctrines of man, which God hates! (John 3:3). I never really "received" or understood anything they taught! Thank You Jesus!!! The "masses" are very creepy & boring! Sunday school classes, didn't do much good either! I was the only one in my family of 5 children who went to the one week summer Bible school! I loved it! & I'm also the only one of 5 children who left religion & got born again many years later! So glad He gave me more time and waited for me to surrender my life to Him! I love Him SO much! I'm 100% fully surrendered to Jesus & I love telling others about Him! He's SO good!!!

I know I'm just this person who's been a Christian for many years and then I rededicated when I got horrifyingly off track and boy did I realize that I wasn't really a sound Christian before😮 (the truth the Holy Spirit Will reveal to you if you only really open up your heart bow before him as king of kings and Lord of lords) but yes you can experience God yourself. I can sit down and be really upset or frantically out of my depth to help people under my care and I pray and tell God about my day and then start praying for the broken under my care; suddenly, this peace, this glory descends on my very stressed painful soul and body. He comes on me like a flood of love. I will never give up experiencing God for myself ❣️

Wow! Quoted just around 13 min in. "Denominations often are very passionate about their founders, to the point where they will ignore the parts of scripture to stay true to their denomination." And that my friends is a reality, because I lived it. This is so very true, and I won't name the two that I experienced in my 28 years, but I will say this; please consider what Pastor Hibbs just stated, and if you can confirm his words in your heart, find a NON---Denominational church that speaks the WORD only and yet makes no demands outside of what is written in the Word.
I grew up in a legalistic church. It has caused confusion and depression, doubt and fear. I still struggle 30 years later.

The entire video was very informative. Pastor Jack especially hit the nail on the head (around the last 3 minutes). For example: Some leadership (in other churches) constantly harp on "What are you going to do for God?" "What are you doing for God?" They pass around their "sign up clip boards" for the congregants to sign. If you don't sign your name to the church activity clip board~~ the assumption is that you are NOT doing anything for God. Pastor Jack stated that we should ask the Holy Spirit to guide and direct us on what Jesus wants us to do everyday, in or out of the church walls. The 10 Commandments should be stamped within us (on our hearts) and not just hanging on a wall. The pressure of an individual meeting some super great destiny and answering the huge or magnificent "what are you going to do for God assignment!?!?" is somewhat alleviated, because you listen to God Almighty as He leads your daily path. Even Pastor David Wilkerson explained that doing for God and meeting your God given purpose may appear ho hum, ordinary or insignificant to some onlookers. If God wants you to obey him, by taking His directions and appearing somewhat quiet, ho hum or insignificant, then do what Jesus instills in you to do. Let Jesus lead your path to your God given destiny and not man's opinion or man's sign up church activity clip board. I always learn a lot from Pastor Jack Hibbs. Thank you! 🇺🇸

Thank you my story is very similar- I know when He made Himself known in January 1978 as a 26 year old afraid after the huge blizzard. I read the Bible Revelation and 1 John in that order.
After understanding my sin I reached for the love and forgiveness that I then understood Jesus had for me! He knew me and I knew that! My life has never been the same!

Our Pastor did Romans and he too took the time to really feed/chew on it verse by verse. There were some amazing truths in there, I really enjoyed it.
I grapple with how much “free will” we actually have when breaking down how God hardens some peoples hearts versus others. How some are chosen, others are not.

I read the part about " put my laws on the walls of your home" so I went and had the 10 commandments printed nice, framed it.
Later, I learned they were the Catholic 10. They removed the 2nd commandment, (graven images) and split the 10th into 2 commands about coveting.
I like what that Jack Hibbs said about the commandments, and our hearts.
I so love this podcat!!! Such freedom in JUST the Bible and not all the denominations with their own views and interpretations.

I had never understood how central Romans and Hebrews are to our faith. I read them as a teenager but only now is it sinking in as a response to the questions that believers have in the finer points of our faith. These two are the meat and potatoes of our faith. He reallly did not get the rapture so his “scholarly thoughts on the end times” will find most believers today frustrated. He does have a lot to offer as Jack hibbs offers in historical context, but Barkley was sadly lacking in end times scenarios. Pastor Jack has a much more clear understanding of the times we live in and how close we are to the Rapture. Seek to save as many as you can while we are still here. I love how Pastor Jack is so bold to stand up for faith and freedom. Do I agree with all he teaches no, especially that he’s a cessationist. BUT - he teaches amazing Bible teachings. Just like he said, we discern and check everyone with the Bible. Be a Berean.
