Once you hit it, your hair is magically shortened as a signifier that you have reached the maximum potential of your first stage of magical training, and are then ready to progress into your next stage. Seeing as Iris was completely untrained when the girls found her, it's obvious that she would go through this stage much later than they did, which is also shown in the video; Talia and Auriana have already passed the point of their SHANILA, before Ephedia and their kingdoms were overthrown, and BEFORE they ever came to earth. So of course we wouldn't see it in the show, let alone this episode.

My personal opinion is that Iris is really the only person in the series so far that has been pushed to that point, and in general has been hinted at being more powerful than the others, which would make sense since her family rules over ALL of Ephedia, not just a province or country like the others. it's bc Iris is the princess of ephedia and her parents are king and queen over all of ephedia, Talia and Arianna are princesses of seris and volta (spelling?) which are 'lesser' regions within ephedia. I think it's kinda stupid too but talia and Arianna could have gone through a similar transformation at their shinila that we just havent seen. also Talia and Arianna may not have come to their full potential with their magic and since iris is just now being trained her magic is a bit more wild and spontaneous compared to that of Talia or Arianna bc of iris's lack of experience:) if you were wondering what my opinion was, your welcome lol:) *rant complete*

Plus, I need to see Mephistopheles surviving, so we get to see him struggling to find his way back in little clips throughout each episode, before being reunited with Prax at the end, and seeing what happened to her, then getting her to remove the mask (That's what made her so crazy powerful. That and fusing with Bane.)
What will be so wierd if Iris screamed out "THE WORLD!!" and the time stops? Will she create an alternate scene when Jotaro did the "Ora Ora Ora" thing to Iris and there will be no Lolirock because of too many Jojo references overruling the show?
