He is actually telling a true story here about an actress who became famous during the 2nd World War in China, but after the war it came out that she was part Japanese & she was banished from China. This story is being told by a person who loved her very much & was heart-broken at her leaving. The original artist was Koji Tamaki & Dimash honoured him with this beautiful cover of his song.
