My apologies that this is a year and a bit later however, what time would you recommend getting into the queue at? When I got to Miku Expo 2020 everything had sold out other than the fake tattoos and lots of tall people were in front of me (like coming from someone who is 5'7-) it was my first concert ever that I had been to and honestly the tall people ruined it. Long story short I want to at what time I should get in the queue. Oh! Also is VIP recommended?
@@vintasaru The bottom line is: 1.start queing early 2. Buy some merch before the consert 3. Dont feel bummed out if you dont get stuff 4. as soon as you feel ready start joing the inside queue for the main stage. I didnt get VIP and I entered the queue line porbably about 50 people back from the rest of the VIP people. 5. VIP is quite exspensive and I would rather spend it on merch. but if you struggle with seeing things, it might be worth it. 6.If tall people bother you, dont go, its way better to just get glowsticks and have a little consert at home, you have the perfect view and dont have to queue for hours on end :)

Edit- Forgot to mention, yes bringing a brighter/unapproved glow stick can make you really unpopular. I know because it happened to my friend the next day (I went the day before) for the 2014 LA & NYC tour. Someone was in front of the glass with a red glowstick. Not only it ruined for everyone in the concert, but LA's footage was scrapped for NYC in the next DVD/Blu-Ray release. Yeah, most of us are still "hunting" him down!

a few things: im pretty sure you have to buy the years glowstick, u cant bring older ones. also meiko, though being the first japenese vocaloid along with kaito, she isn't the first ever vocaloid, the fist is lola and leon (sorry for being that person lol)
its alright, no worries man! ^_^ I've checked with a reliable source and you totally can bring previous models of hatsune Miku's glowsticks to any of her concerts as of this current date of writing! If its been sold at a past Offical Miku event then its A-Ok to go! Good spot on the meiko mistake though, must have slipped my mind altogether when recording dialouge. thanks anyway though :) always nice to see a keen observer like yourself!

Holy shit, they were $35???? When I went to the 2018 expo a lady in front of me just gave me hers as a gift because her daughter already had one and she didn’t really need it. She over heard my disappointment when I couldn’t get one because they were sold out and she just gave me hers. I’ll always be thankful for that. I still have it on my shelf

I was planning to go to miku expo this year, but its delayed due to the pandemic going on. My sister and I were confused about the glow sticks in the concerts, this video really helped!
I never been to Miku expo nor have the event taking in my province in Canada, but thank you very much for the merch information! Now that im not skeptical about it, yet the prices are still expensive for me, I could wait for few more years to attend if necessary.
No problem, Im glad this video helped, :D And yes, in a blunt oppinion: The merch is exspensive. Its a one time buy kind of thing and is a way of generating extra revenue for the company. Its optional but is a great souce of enjoyment if you do decide to purchase anything. I dont think anyone would blame you for being cautious :) In fact, you come out as the winner since you dont have to spend anything!

hey :) its great that you got your glowstick! Im glad people are getting theirs delivered now. And its no problem, I animate with Adobe flash sc6 which I love working with (now renamed Adobe animate) and I edit with Adobe premiere elements 12 which I tolerate XD haha
