Now I could see the same thing happening and infiltrating in the nazis main enemy, the soviets, possibly being infiltrated for the same disdain for their own government as well, and I would think that either red skull, or someone similar, used that same influence to spread into smaller renegade cells within the Soviet Union whom also had access to military equipment and slowly start doing secret experiments as well, and then we see hydra agents or sympathizers already infiltrated the U.S. government and shield as well... so in conclusion hydra is an organization with no affiliation or loyalty to any government, it just infiltrates governments to gain access to high grade technology and information to start controlling them and accomplish imposing their will.... that’s what I believe it is, but I could be wrong
Hydra were never Nazis. They just used the third reich for funding to help their own cause. Remember that red skull killed 2 nazis in the first movie and kept calling the Fuhrer stupid lol. That's further explained in the tie-in comics and Agents of SHIELD. In reality, Red Skull was simply fascinated with ancient, alien artifacts and the powers of the Asgardian gods and aliens. Also, in Agent Carter, we see Zola being in the same cell as Dr. Fenhoff, a psychiatrist that worked with the Leviathan, a deep USSR spy organization, that ended up giving birth to the Red Room program. Fenhoff had found the secret of mind control, which he found in a book by Dr. Faustus (a villain in Captain America comics). It is teased in Agent Carter that Zola and Fenhoff's meeting is what kickstarted the new age of Hydra and it was confirmed by Markus and McFeely, writers of the Captain America movies, Infinity War and Endgame, and creators of the Agent Carter TV show that they put that scene in the show in order to explain how the USSR was mingled with HYDRA and how HYDRA managed to mind control Bucky. @@franzherfert3686 he explained it better than me, I didn’t actually follow the story like that, it was just what I could think was the most rational explanation... and seems like I was pretty close, lacking continuity of course lol
@Akshay 18 Bucky was one of the many test subjects that Zola used the Red Skull's blood on. Bucky just happened to be one of the very few people who survived for some unknown reason (possibly genetic). Red Skull and Cap both died, so scientists (SHIELD's and Hydra's) had no samples to take blood from and recreate the serum. But, Steve's blood was kept before he died, so we can assume they used that blood to finally create Isaiah. You have to understand that it's hard to extract the components of the serum from one's blood and recreate it, especially with the technology of the 40s. In the comics, after Steve goes on ice, they use his blood on 200 African American test subjects in a last attempt to try and make another super soldier. Just like Zola used Red Skull's blood on multiple subjects and only Bucky survived, only Isaiah survived from the government's experiments. And now they had an alive super soldier that they could use as a lab rat/blood fountain for decades in order to take their time and make a good serum again. We can assume the serum that Howard was taking to the Pentagon that Bucky stole in 1991 was made by Isaiah's blood after years of experiments on him.
You just know there's going to be a scene in the Falcon Winter Soldier show where Zemo will try to control Bucky again, he'll play along, and use it to his advantage.

Seriously I love the topics you always pick up to explain but I have one that I really wish you can talk about and that's Hydra what does it means, what was their purpose, how did it came about, and has it been stopped?
Hydra was first made to design weapons far superior than the most advanced ones of their time. Then their goal was to destroy the entire world by nuking all big cities. Then to establish themselves in all major countries and whatnot, then to destroy the world and plunge it into chaos. Hydra always had great weapons but they never really had the best motivation. A foundation of empty promises helped build an empire of useless people in important roles. I never understood the point in Hydra. Plunge the world into chaos for what reason? To gain what? Power? How? You destroyed most of the world. People are focused on getting food, not showing their belly. Maybe I’m missing the big picture but I think Hydra is only thinking in the short term
I hope They do a series like Howard stark and peggy in the 50s to 80s like hydra after ww2 and we learn more of The super serum and winter soldier Will be ther The villian is zola

It’s suggested he may have, but kept it to himself. Or he didn’t have the complete serum at that point, it was just a hybrid version so its possible he needed more then 1 dose

Okay. It is very plausible that Bucky survived the fall because he had been injected with Arnim Zola's version of the Super Soldier( SS... 🤨 🧐 🤔) serum, so we'll go with that. However, Zola could not have been there when Bucky was captured by Hyda a second time because Zola was CLEARLY on the train that Backy fell from!! My evidence is that Gabriel Jones was on the same mission as Cap, Buck & the rest of the Howling Commandos to capture Zola from the train. Which Gabriel Jones obviously did. So unless there was a clone or time travel was involved.... how could Zola be in two places at once?! My theory is that this is a false memory created by Bucky's scambled brain. If you think of HYDRA’s location it’s based on USA enemy countries : Germany and Soviet Union. Now they’ve all gone they will come on China. Which we all gonna see them on Shang Chi 😂
Zola was experimenting on Bucky when he was captured. Remember Rogers unbuckling Barnes from that table in Captain America, First Avenger. The serum was most likely injected there.
Bucky 100% had super soldier serum on the train fight scene. Maybe Buck just didn't know it yet or the serum had not been absorbed completely at that time.
@@rotyler2177 I’m sorry but that isn’t true. No where in the movie was it hinted Bucky had the serum before he fell. But the movie makes it very clear he was given the serum after he fell.

Bucky so OP he goes into cooldown after the job
Wait when did he get the super solder serum? He already had it when cap rescued him and the battalion?
Yeah; they were testing it on prisoners in the prison that Cap rescued Bucky from.

I hope They do a series like Howard stark and peggy in the 50s to 80s like hydra after ww2 and we learn more of The super serum and winter soldier Will be ther The villian is zola

he hasn’t entirely lost. he’s holding back
Now we know what happen to mr.kennedy
Col James didn't bring them in cause they violated the Slovak act (it wasn't in effect yet). Zumo framed Barnes for murder. Steve knew he was innocent. Typically quick judgement decisions, troops and Black Panther came, they refused to surrender so they took case until to civilians were getting hurt.
If bucky got the serum when captured in the first avenger why didnt he have super strength at that point?
probably didnt have it activated.. not sure if thats how that works though
Slower to take effect or perhaps the trauma of his fall "activated" it.
It’s suggested he may have, but kept it to himself.
Or he didn’t have the complete serum at that point, it was just a hybrid version so its possible he needed more then 1 dose
He did. He was just never shown using it. Bucky was a sniper during the war.
And everyone(and tony) hating him because of what the program did to Tony's parents.
It’s clear that in falcon and winter solider, Zeno took the blood of the enhanced winter soldiers that he killed, made some modifications to the Howard super soldier serum so they wouldn’t be to aggressive and injected it into his subordinates.
Who did he inject in, I’m pretty sure he hates super soldiers
That is not clear at all. Also false, cause Zemo hates the serum.

So, we've seen Cap kick trucks and outrun traffic crashes. Can the Buckster do that kind of stuff? Or is his serum less potent?
I think he can do that. His leg muscle allow him to run as fast as a car (in certain speed), and Captain American top speed is nearly the same, so he can definitely kick a truck
They never made ANY mention of Bucky having Serum in the first Avenger. It’s so confusing why wouldn’t Hydra make a bunch of Super Soldiers in WW2 if they had a working formula?
They were still testing and had to leave the facility
Also it helps the plot

For Red Guardian, the Soviets just managed to recreate one.

Years earlier? In the movie it seemed like he fell just days after being captured
When exactly do we learn that Bucky has been given the serum. I know he is a super soldier, I just can't remember when we are told he was given the serum when he was a prisoner
Probably when Cap found him at the base is when he was given the serum. That or when he was found after falling from the train and was given a more potent version of it

In the scene where bucky told Pierce "I knew him", Pierce said something like "if you don't do your part i can't do mine".
If anyone has a bettr explanation, I would love to see it.
