As a 17 year old girl, I painted asteep hill,with a full moon, with shadows in the tall meadow grass, and a Cat looking at Us, in a frozen step! It was a work of Imagination and Full Moon Magic! The Cat could Only be seen,after you saw the moon,and the night sky,with a bit of luminous light,which gave you the grassy hillside, breezes wafting the grass,and the reflected brown Tabby silhouette! The cat,one front paw frozen mid- step, was the last thing you saw! It was my first serious attempt, and it hung on my Grammaw's wall, then, my Mother's wall, Now, Mine. No sophisticated, or Imaginative tools, just 4 brushes, and Love!✨❤️✨ Your painting reminded me of the painting I did! Beautiful Work!

It's beautiful! But I can't get out of my head that you can't physically see the night sky through the shadow on the moon... The moon is not really this shape with a hole in it 😂
Art takes many forms and is categorized in various ways, including realism and surrealism. In this case, we have surrealism, anything can happen-it's the opposite of realistic art. We recognize the objects of surrealism, but they're not following the rules of our world.
Weird and intriguing technique. Instead of using tin foil you could have used a course brush? Fascinating non the less. And I love the girly figure for scale 😊
Does it bother anyone else that they put stars on this side of the moon? I love these videos and they’re so relaxing but I can’t get over the stars in the shadow part of the moon 😂
I want to buy this for my granddaughters! They call me nana moon because when they couldn’t sleep at night, I used to put them on my hip and go out in the front yard and point to the moon and all the stars in the sky. I would say… look babies do you see that big moon up there that’s me. And do you see all the stars around it? All the stars are mommy and daddy, your aunties and uncles and your cousins and most importantly YOU! all of your family. And I am the moon because I started it all. after that, I was no longer Nana. I was Nana moon. So when they couldn’t see me anymore, because they were home in their beds, I told them all they had to do was look out the window, and even on the nights they couldn’t see me I was still with them.
Helo, I am sorry, but the dark side of the moon should be black, without colors like the sky And even less with stars, they are so far behind the moon! It's a cosmic error, sorry, it could have been much better. But try to do it yourself, it's quite easy, why not?
