I haven’t a bone of ability when it comes to painting or drawing, but this lady is truly inspiring and makes things look achievable to even encourage such a person as I to have a go.
Chloe’s art tutorials all show us that we shouldn’t be afraid to try something out. Many times I see people saying they think she’s ruining the art but then it looks amazing afterwards. That’s because she decided to experiment. You can do the same.
Actually she has added music that’s why it all seems so easy. Without music, there is lot of scratching sound and it’s kinda irritating. Anyways I love her videos and to real artists, that scratching sound is more soothing than orchestra.
this painting really reminded me of my dog i can see him jumping into the water and running around on the grass and watch the light in his eye as he drifts away to heaven.
She seems like a modern day Bob Ross. Making beautiful art accessible in a way in which you at least think you can do it. Definitely gonna try this in the future!

These past few months I've been seeing people who are painting and it made me feel relaxed. I want to paint but overthinking kept on holding me back since I knew it with myself that I am not good in art since I was elementary. I hope one of these I will be able do it as well.
i say do it! the worst thing you can do is think it looks bad! then you try again! i too have a problem with overthinking and i can also get stressed over a project! also, it has been a Year! if you can't do a thing right now because of your mental health, it is okay to wait on it!

@@kryoia that and it would have to dry to make sure the colors don't blend, when you don't want them to and make a color you don't want to be there, but ya basically.
I'm still learning colour theory and usage, so these have been immensely helpful. Plus, these videos are immensely calming, so thank you so much for making them
To hell with colour theory, I'm colourblind, I just splash it on, most pictures are impressionistic anyway, it's as each individuals perception is a little different, and even artists without colour deficiency will very in there choice of colour for the same subject (notwithstanding technique), so caution to the wind, let vibrancy rule.
I've only watched two of Chloe's videos, but I'm hooked already. The sense of calm I get from watching Chloe create these beautiful spaces. I do a lot of inner child healing visualisations/re-parenting and I'll be using this image for that ❤

I was mesmerized. First time I have seen you paint. I could barely wait until the waterfall appeared! If this is for beginners, I have a lot of remedial work to catch up to that level!
I want to try painting so bad!! I’ve been wanting to find something that would be relaxing for me! This inspires me and shows me I can at least try it and see if I can do it!
I find your use of the palette knife to initially spread the paint interesting. It seems to really rub the paint into the grain of the canvas before blending and smoothing with the brush. I’ve never seen this technique before now. As a beginner, I’ll have to add it to an ever growing list of ways to paint. 👍🏻
I have been doing this for a little while now as I love to do gradients, a coat of white with the pallet knife and then adding the colour makes for seemless blending and a smooth surface, the knife doesn't keep paint in it like the brush does so it works very well!

Right!!! I paint and I’ll watch videos and go I got that. Super easy and then I look at mine and it’s NOWHERE near what it’s supposed to look like. I just keep practicing. Canvas, brushes and tools make a big difference too. Quality brushes are key. I bought a value pack of brushes because we were temporarily living in a hotel due to a tree falling onto and into our house so I didn’t want to spend $$$ on brushes since I already had good ones at home and it really made a huge difference. My art was mediocre at best with the crappy brushes.

This reminds me of my grandma 👵 me and her would watch the moon rise and fall and when ever there was a rainbow 🌈 we would Gaze at it until it went away sadly my grandma is dead now, so in memory of my grandma I will like and share this video! This is the best painting I have ever seen

Right!!! I paint and I’ll watch videos and go I got that. Super easy and then I look at mine and it’s NOWHERE near what it’s supposed to look like. I just keep practicing. Canvas, brushes and tools make a big difference too. Quality brushes are key. I bought a value pack of brushes because we were temporarily living in a hotel due to a tree falling onto and into our house so I didn’t want to spend $$$ on brushes since I already had good ones at home and it really made a huge difference. My art was mediocre at best with the crappy brushes.
