I tried to verify The KYC using my NIN but it didn't work after I've submitted, I followed the instructions carefully but it didn't proceed
I have been trying to verify my KYC since last year
Till date it has not been verified what should I do
I have had mine done for a long while now and transferred almost all my 10,000 plus pi to mainnet

I did my kyc in less than 5 minutes my KYC was approved without delay because I submitted it with correct documents, make sure your phone camera is clear.
Pls did u use NIN , driver license or passport.. which one pls

Congratulations sir. I've been queued to the automatic migration queue since 28/6/2022 but up to now my coins have not been migrated to my mainnet wallet. My step 8 of the mainnet checklist is not completed up to now. I don't know why.

Check step 7 if u have sent your wallet address and also accepted that your tokens can be transferred to mainnet. It happened to someone then I told him and when he went back to check he noticed that he didn't do the last stage.
I have actually completed the KYC process and the coins moved to my mainnet the problem I'm facing is that the balance isn't showing

Yes can used the pi you mined by your self but you cannot have access to the bonuses until your team pass their KYC

@@JudeUmeano yes sir, I am using pi browser. The core team will send me a notification that I am eligible for verification, when I click 'I want to verify kyc', it'll take me to the kyc page on pi browser and it won't open the page

Yes expired passport won't work. You can always come back to do the KYC

I became a validator after getting my kyc done, you need to wait until someone in your region gets their kyc and becomes a validator.
