‘I think I know this one, it’s basalt… limestone, final answer’
You are right but I have seen almost every episode for 20 years and, surely, Jeremy could have done what Chris Tarrant used to do and say "Limestone? Though you, initially, thought of Basalt" so he would give it further consideration.
Craig: it's basalt
Jeremy: yeah..

Loved it when they mentioned about robot wars on milionaire. It had to happen thou😂😂😂😂
This had me screaming “BOB” at the tv lol

I used to love red dwarf. he seems to be well on form. great guy.
Spelling your guests surname, is it A, Charlies, B, Charles, C, Charlton, D, Char grilled.
10/10
In 1949, I won a book at my class prize giving. It was titled ' the house at pooh corner '. Iv'e never forgot. Thanks Tighe's Hill, Ncle Australia.
Did you emigrate,my friend?
@@Isleofskye That's a strange question. Why do you ask?
Just an FYI to whomever is running the channel,
Theres a typo in the title of the video. His surname is Charles not Charlies
Charlies?
Red dwarf is goated
TITLE IS WRONG!!!!
'Charles' not 'Charlies'
Knew it was Bob Kane he was the artist butBill Finnger was the author/writter who named him after William Wallace of🏴. Technically the question is wrong because they both created Batman🎉
What a suckup 🤣
"Craig Charles smashes through" Why did they give it a dishonest title?
Clickbait. Wish he had done better. Love Craig.
Every child in Ireland learns the giants causeway is made of basalt
Not kids in Liverpool clearly lol
Every child in Siberia learns the average temperature in the Taiga during winter, and?

Jeremy Clarkson never ever heard of the legend Stan Lee... 😆 How is that possible for someone who grew up when comic books were very popular and later worked in media business...👀
The whole world doesn't revolve around USA and their popculture. And to be honest I actually thought it MIGHT be Stan Lee because that is the only creator of those one-dimensional escapism avatars that I know.
Yeah - sure Shaun Wallace had Google set up to answer a quiz question instead of relying on his knowledge,
Ive met Shaun. Stan Lee is Marvel
Smashes through what, the floor?
For personal reference, I have a bevvy of US friends in case of the unlikely event I ever make it into that chair. Yanks know comics like we know geography.
So do i
He only wins $1000
Craig come back to corrie lad
lose the canned aplause no audience means no clapping
This IS England..
Tru Say,Mi Bredda.Preach Those Words,Mi Bredrin..
this is so british
Tough question for £32,000.
Not really unless you have no idea what the Giants Causeway is
Soapstone and Limestone would be washed away, Anthracite is a form of coal. Basalt is the only logical answer if you know that it is in water or that it is a result of ancient volcanism.
It's pretty awesome to look at, but the Scottish side looks more impressive due to a large cave in the basalt columns (Fingals Cave)
You're seriously kidding right?
It's common knowledge basalt is the only logical answer. Anything else is just silly to say the least
@@andriuscibasHow stuck-up you sound
The replies make this funnier, do people think that we were all taught the same things in schools? I could think of a thousand things which is considered common knowledge that people don't know.
These questions were really weird and difficult
