The only way it can happen naturally is if one mob bumps another in the corner at the same time that one randomly decides to jump. 3:19 they actually couldnt, since they think the fences are full blocks and thus they wont try to jump on to the planks cuz they think the 1.5 tall hitbox of the fences is blocking it even tho its not
most of the colors remaining seem to have lego equivalents. light green could be lime green, cactus green could be either green or dark green (i'd lean toward the latter), blue could be blue, light and dark gray could be light and dark blueish-gray, and brown could just be brown.

i think what would be really cool is that you make a chunk for every major update, like a swamp and ancient city for wild, or trial chambers and cherry forest for tricky trials

Even if not specifically there, I think it should be in the air (maybe with a saddle, or even a riding player?..), because you know, pigs, flight, achievement in the game...

my favorite Lego Minecraft stuff is always the things players obviously created. Like, the terrain generation of Minecraft is cool, but when you add stuff like a sheep farm, or a nerd pole, or pixel art, those things are just the way humans leave their mark on a world, and i love it

3:09 The sheep actually shouldn't escape this setup, because they don't pathfind at diagonals. Unless they were jammed into the space where the fence is, they wouldn't see a valid block to jump over. I found this out a year or two ago.
