Wow, impressive! I can do the perfect form handstand and up to 7 proper handstand pushups but I have huge problems with handstand walking in perfect form and not with bend legs. Could you do a tutorial on how to walk in perfect form handstand? That would be great!
Huge strenght!! Are you supposed to keep a rounded back while doing a handstand? I improved mine while working on tucked planche hold. I realize that when I want to take a step I loose that lower back shape (lets say neutral) and take my butt out to let my legs go a bit to the front. How are you supposed to do the step? That way,, or just pressing with front shoulder as you would do with your gluteus on normal walking?
And here I am absolutely winded after a 30 second handstand against the wall 😂
