      a trick : you can watch series at kaldrostream. Been using them for watching all kinds of movies recently.

    I love this one. The more I am into Pilates, the more I gain confidence. I am working the Powerhouse and the Muladhara, Svadisthana and Manipura chakras. I never gave enough importance to the body and thanks to you and your videos, this last 10 years I have changed my life!!! 😊🙏🏽✨

    Woah! The Pilates Pushups were CRAZY! Guess I just figured out the difference between Yoga and Pilates!

    Thanks for the great pilates workout. The 20 minutes felt like 5. It helped to stretch and relax my sore shoulders and back muscles. I also love it that you do it OUTSIDE. That is a big extra benefit to do workouts in natural sunlight.
