I love this one. The more I am into Pilates, the more I gain confidence. I am working the Powerhouse and the Muladhara, Svadisthana and Manipura chakras. I never gave enough importance to the body and thanks to you and your videos, this last 10 years I have changed my life!!! 😊🙏🏽✨

Been away from your workouts for a while whilst doing a lot of running, this was just what I needed to even myself out and get going with the pilates again.
Thanks for the great pilates workout. The 20 minutes felt like 5. It helped to stretch and relax my sore shoulders and back muscles. I also love it that you do it OUTSIDE. That is a big extra benefit to do workouts in natural sunlight.
You suck @sean, my body hurts in places I didn’t know it could, I’m coming back to embrace the suck again . Keep up the good work lol 🤗. Needed some strength from my pull-ups
