On the other hand, Josh Allen beat the two best teams in the league in that of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Detroit Lions. Secondly, the AFC North is almost as weak as the AFC East. Thirdly, the only reason why Lamar's stats are better than Josh's is because of Derrick Henry, a one-man wrecking crew that defenses have to prepare for, leaving his WR more open than Josh's Receivers. And the 3 losses to 5 but they got smacked by the Ravens directly and faced a much easier strength of schedule. Allen is 3-3 against .500 teams and I believe Lamar is 6-3 or 7-3 (can never find a reliable source for that stat, so thats just from last time I checked.) Allen should be fighting Goff for 4th in voting, not the favorite.

Allen was in the MVP conversation from week 1. His competition waivered throughout the season, but he was always there.
