- How To make your own custom face using Avatarify on Zoom, Skype, Teams -Updated
Windows 10 & 11
1) Install Miniconda
2) Install Git
3) run miniconda app call "Anaconda Prompt (miniconda3)"
4) Inside the Command prompt choose the directory you want to install Avatarify
5) git clone github.com/ali...
6) cd avatarify
7) scripts\install_windows.bat
8) Download network weights and place vox-adv-cpk.pth.tar file in the avatarify-python directory (don't unpack it).
- openavatarify....
9) run_windows.bat
10) Install OBS Studio
11) Install VirutalCam Plugin for OBS ***MAKE SURE TO select "Install and register only 1 virtual camera" ***
12) Run OBS Studio

found the solution. just type the command "pip install request" after that rub the bat file. if you have an error again just type the same command and then instead of modules you place the module name which is not found. example No module named 'module' what you will type this time in you command line will be "pip install module" then run the bat file again. if any errors just keep installing the missing module and then when all module will be install when you will run the bat file again every thing should be running good

This tut don't really make sense to me. You already had all the code, I think you would have start everything afresh. After lunching miniconda3 all I saw was (base) C:\WINDOWS\system32> and I put the command you said and it sai " is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" Please I need help
It worked for me, my only question is, how do I get it running again after shutting down my laptop and turning it back on? Do I have to start the full process again? If I shut down my laptop you know the Avatarify and webcam window will close, how do I bring them back up?
You don't have to do the whole process again. Just open up miniconda and enter the command.

When you open task manager on your computer, under the Performance Tab > Click Memory (Click Left Column) > How much is "In use" vs how much is "Available" and more importantly your GPU is not going to work.
Requirements directly from Avatarify project: "To run Avatarify locally you need a CUDA-enabled (NVIDIA) video card. Otherwise it will fallback to the central processor and run very slowly. These are performance metrics for some hardware:
GeForce GTX 1080 Ti: 33 frames per second
GeForce GTX 1070: 15 frames per second
GeForce GTX 950: 9 frames per second"
Can Nvidia GeForce 920m 2gb ram dedicated work for it
Might not run or if it does it will be horrible experience.

You don’t have to delete that means it’s already installed go on with the second code which is cd-avatarify-python it will work

Hi thannks for the upload. I have an Acer nitro 5, I5, 8gb ram, 512gb SSB and geforce rtx 3060. After installation webcam lights up, it shows in task manager but the UI never shows. I’ve tried multiple times and this is all I get. How can I fix this please? Or is it only compatible with geforce 1060?
I recently upgraded to a 3060 myself and it also works on this card. Must be something else blocking or not loading in your UI.

This is the error message I get after this command scripts\install_windows.bat. Warning: --use-feature=2020-resolver no longer has any effect, since it is now the default dependency resolver in pip. This will become an error in pip 21.0.

Congratz on getting it running!, Could be your hardware running slowly. Also the app isn't fully optimized so it a bit laggy but not to bad.

No unfortunately not, you would need to run this on the cloud and let the drivers and computing for that be on the VM.

Okay I was able to Download and drag and drop or copy and paste the vox-adv-cpk.pth.tar file into the avatarify-python directory.
Remember in instructions I said nothing about installing those files your just moving the files from your download folder to the "avatarify-python" folder.

Which model of PC did u use In doing this . I've bought several costly laptops . It's not working . I recently bought Asus with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti but it's still hanging.
Custom built. The technical specifications I've posted have not changed. You're 3050 TI should work just fine.

@@VitechOrg mine when running the windows.bat, it required a Nvidia Gpu driver, don’t know if that’s the issues, aside that all is working perfectly
