Bro this is wild. I made my first site for my cleaning business and over the last 3 years have got really good and making sites and designs when I change it up. So I needed some extra cash and I followed a lot of what you said and today I say with a local business and sold them a site for 5k!!! omg! I'm so excited. A basic build for an auto detailer with a full booking integration. This rocks! I'm excited cause its fresh but on my first client that's wild! Thank you for your great content
I was browsing on Facebook and when I would see a local service business in my area I would check out their Facebook page and see if they had a site, if they did I would see if it was any good and if it wasn't or they didn't have one at all I saved their business name and contact info in google sheets. I did this until I had about 20 business and all of them I knew needed my service. I then watch a lot of you tube on how to do all of the sales parts of things and got the courage to start reaching out to people. Some people weren't interested but out of all 20 I got 4 good leads. At the time of writing this second comment I have actually just signed a my second contract for a small portfolio website for $1500 that I can have done in a breeze. Courage and practice is what it took for me. If you would of asked me two months ago would you be web designing for money I would of laughed. But here I am, thanks to @theannakickman and the many other helpful content creators. @@brazenautomation

I’ve been studying and note-taking your playlists intensely for the past few days, and I agree with the multitudes of glowing compliments in terms of the jaw-dropping value on offer. Specifically it’s the clarity of your workflow systems. So many creative people (inc. me) are deficient in parameters of sequential, client-orientated (empathetic), business practises that focus on win/win financial conclusions for both parties. I believe you’ve insightfully identified a gaping niche in the business education market and are filling it superbly well with your thorough no-nonsense approach. I don't have to get these over-hyped apps and CRMs that are 'required' but are expensive for a first time web designers, but you have shown that it is doable with just one app and it's okay to keep everything simple. I love your flow and work - have you ever considered lessening these “steps” considering clients are fickle and waste so much time … wouldn’t it be best they pay up front and upload media and files for web? Cuts in production time by a ton

Do you think you can make a video on different services you can offer and how much roughly they are priced at, or how exactly you create a package for a client. Like if they say they only want to spend a certain amount what services do you decide to take out of the proposal and how much are they worth? I would ideally like to get to where you are so I am making a lot of money but spending minimal time like 4 hours a day etc. what services do you actually provide to be able to give yourself that schedule and what services take too much time?
