How can I install TH-cam on Apple CarPlay? Any device to play video?
You can't officially through CarPlay, its not an allowed feature. I believe there maybe work arounds for this to happen but its not official
CarPlay not even play an audio message. It’s a chame. Android audio already do this for long time

There's one thing that's really missing in CarPlay. I'm talking about choosing a cellular tariff from which to make a call. This feature is available on the iPhone, but it is not in CarPlay. When dialling a phone number and making a call through CarPlay, the call goes through the SIM card that is set by default. I want to be able to choose a mobile operator to call without picking up my iPhone. Do I understand correctly that CarPlay on iOS18 still doesn't have that? I can't check myself because I'm using iOS15.
As far as I am aware this function is not available but will be sure to check out CarPlay again when it’s updated later in the year
So the new version of CarPlay should be available to all older car stereos that supported CarPlay?
If your stereo supports CarPlay already then the new CarPlay demonstrated in this video should work. All CarPlay is, is mirroring your iPhone so as long as your iPhone supports iOS 18 in addition you should be ok

I believe that to be the case. I use wireless currently and not wired
