I was thinking Queen could be a cross between a Jorogumo(a japanese spider demon) and a Hinnagami( a wish-granting doll, referencing her want to simply make the lightners happy), and she'd use her strings in place of electric wire. Also Berdly could be a Karatengu, a tengu that more resembles a bird and whose greatest weakness is overconfidence, like how Berdly constantly acts arrogant

What animal would Susie be? I’m gonna go with some purple lizard or a chameleon. Since i don’t think there’s anything as a big as Susie, while still being able to be (or is) purple.

You can either fight the queen head-on, or block her attacks while unstitching the paper hat on her attack bird. Of course, you’ll have to pause either effort once she summons her “San baria” (酸バリア).
Since mind control plugs are too modern she had to resort to plan B make a paper hat, not a mind control hat, just a normal one and convince him that he is infact lacking his free will now.

Along with her trustworthy (although a little annoying) bird companion, they would fight a long list of enemies, such as a samurai, an ancient magician, a crocodile oni and even a failed merchant, trying in vain to gain it's fame once more.
This cover is fantastic and I love that little Berdly on Queen's shoulder. Good timing too with the anniversary of Undertale/Deltarune and the Spamton sweepstakes. 😉
