The original is called "Wettex" & was created by the Swede Curt Lindquist in 1949. His wife Margareta came up with the name, which combines the words wet & textile. A bit cheaper in Sweden though where they cost about $3.50 for a pack of 10. In Sweden, they can be found in everyone's home. Great vid! 🙂👍
Thanks I apreciate your description essentialy I gathered it's not going to replace anything I currently use and do it better It's just a different experince I decided to pass on this but great review.
Wettex is the brand known & made in Sweden. 🇸🇪 Amazon has these, yet different colors and sizes, & quantity packs are selling out. I purchased the varity pack of ten, which is yellow, pink, blue, & green. (not quite $10, & FREE delivery.) I'm 60+ years old. (Female.) ✅ These are wonderful in many ways. 1. These will easily last from 6 months to a year. (If no bleach/harsh chemicals are used) ✅ 2. Always rinse in COLD water, there'll be ZERO odors. ✅ 3. Best to hang from a 'clip' to allow to dry. ✅ 4. These will save a ton of 💰 money, & that money saved from no paper towels can be utilized to buy EGGS.... (Seriously) ✅
What a great find Yana. My biggest challenge is that I’ve become a paper towel queen🫅ha ha….I tend to use a lot, and over time, it gets quite expensive as the price of paper towels keep going up. Using these dishcloths would be a wonderful substitute. Thanks for the info and I will give them a try!

I think if they came with some sort of compost bin that would dry them out and make them smell clean, it would make people feel a lot less guilty about them

Eco-friendly starts with packaging :)
You are suppose to clean counter tops, cupboards and clean up things you spill somewhere!
Truly can not afford this. I just need something stronger than a rag, but more scrubby.
