A man with true purpose will always find a way to win! Another Great interview Chanp and more to come I’m sure! Shark Island will be a paradise destination…..
I like your introduction to Shark Island right from Acqua Safari you killed it. The video was well taught out, and you were articulate. I just couldn't help but watch to the end. I think all the real estate in Ghana will be looking for you some day to market their products. I love it. Good work, and thanks for sharing. I watched everyone who went to SI to interview Marvin. In my opinion, no one was able to pull it off like you did. Shalom watched from MN
Good job Hannah International for the awesome interview and showcasing such a beautiful Island. Big ups to you Mr. Marvin for your business and investment ideas to make your dreams come true while showcasing the beautiful Republic of Ghana.👏🏾🙏🏾👏🏾
I love the Sea Breeze Smell immm Amazing home ,if am Rich I will have buy One. ,, And I will say you have made a Great Choice and Investment Mr Mavin 👍👍👍👍👍
I live in a beach town. I have always wondered why the town planner do not have a building code that is (for our town) 1 story first row of beach view, second row 2story , third row three story and so on? Not just to preserve the scenic view as you drive by the beach, but to ensure many homes with beach views and whopping beach view home pricing!?! Thank you for being so common sense and unfortunately forward thinking lol in your development. Wish we weren't alone in this line of thinking. Much success I hope this takes off for you and the people of Ghana!!
Hannah, your presence in front of the camera is just so natural. You kill it. Invest more in your media production. I hope the Almighty Creator and your Ancestors will open more doors for you In Ghana. I can see you as a CEO of a major multi-media production firm In Ghana. CEO of a multi-media production Empire in Ghana and in Africa. Remember, Oprah Winfrey started off her career as a small local talk show host in Chicago. And now look at her, Oprah is one of the richest people in the world. At one point, Oprah was the only black billionaire in the world. At one point, Oprah was the richest black person in the world, not just the richest black woman in the world but the richest black person in the world. And this is coming from a woman who started her media production empire from as a small local talk show host in Chicago. Don’t let nothing stop you. Grab the bull by its horn and go get it. Always ask the Almighty Creator and your high spiritual Ancestors to guide you. Always ask for advice, don’t be afraid to learn new things, and welcome constructive criticism. I’m rooting for you. DON’T GIVE UP. GO GET IT.
He's not a builder by trade like I am or you might be, but I saw a longer interview with this guy and he was Homeless living in ambulance In Ghana, once he lost the little money that he did have And that was only about a year before this he was. homeless Because he didn't have a whole lot of money When need got there anyways. He got screwed and paid for all those lawyers , but he built all of that with little to no money he sold his car and took the money and slowly built A small Empire so he made a few mistakes in the future. He might have to build a Sea wall. Just Being able to say you own 7 Islands when you were just broke a year ago. He hasn't even finished shark island and He's made enough money to buy 6 more Islands before they went up in price because once he builds up that island the rest of the Is real estate around there is going up in value probably double at least.
@@09robinhood Yes,it is beyond amazing Marvin made a seven figure amount in about a year in Ghana!!!This tells and shows you the potential Ghana has in real estate property industry.Marwin has already done well for himself and family.I wish him all the best.

This design doesnt maje sence. Why wouldnt he put the kitchen at the front of the house, therefore blocking off the view to the water. He missed a big opportunity.
