I know this is a long time ago. I had my extensive sinus lift on the right side yesterday . I will wait a month then the left including an implant removal as it is in at a slant. I have sjogens which is a dry disease . My front upper has to be augmented also. I have lost all my upper teeth due to the dryness so my denture is not a good option. I will have a hybrid when all is done and healed. I am almost shocked how good I feel one day after I actually canned relish today . Please don’t hesitate so far it has been a long process over 2 years, I am having it done at a dental school for cost purposes they are excellent. I am in the US.
Well done gal, I had the first stage of the process done in August, I had mine in Turkey, really really good, uber professional. I had the sinus lift, this alone has changed my confidence level, the structure of my upper lip is back to normal, instead of this sunken sallow soul destroying appearance, Im looking forward to my new blades and am super excited. nice strory and I feel your joy👍👍👍
I'm about to go through this same procedure myself in 2 days. I also had a bridge fail on my upper left side and the missing teeth show in my smile. Very apprehensive but I'm sure I'll be happy when it's all over.
Had a sinus left...with my implant...afterwards...had big swollen cheek...for 3 months...implant is fine but food gets stuck in between teeth..this heals eventually.....
is there any effect on your nose or other areas of your face even after you are already using the implants? like sneezing or yawning or maybe coughing? is there any discomfort you feel?
I had one on weds morning, it’s now Friday. It’s been hell. My face is so swollen, it’s insane. And I have a black eye. I’m only taking ibuprofen and amoxicillin. I can’t take the pain meds they gave me. I threw up from them weds night after I had taken one. I just can’t tolerate narcotics.
If pain medication makes you I’ll tell them to give you promethazine when you take promethazine with any kind of pain medication it stops the feeling of being nauseous
I had it done a week ago. It's been fine for me. My surgeon did a great job. Minimal swelling and no bleeding post-op. I'm missing 4 teeth in that area so the Dr. had to add a lot of bone graft material. The surgery itself is a bit invasive but because you're numb there's no actual pain. There's a few post op instructions you have to follow (no holding your nose when sneezing, no blowing your nose for a month at least, avoid bending over for the first week, sleep with your head elevated for at least 3 days).
interesting that you didn't smile till the very end when you managed a beginning of a smile. It appears that you are still lacking confidence with your image.

How was it!? I’m having a double in a week.
Thank you...I feel less apprehensive with your testimonial. I am up for double upper implants in a few weeks. 💙
How did it go?
I have just had this procedure done on both the left and the right thankfully I only need it doing once
I’m about to have this on the 23rd. So nervous!
How'd it go for you?

After the Sinus lift , did it affect your breathing at all?
I'd say my breathing is slightly improved.
