      @@cradu6797 So good luck with your winter project! I just need to finish some bits and pieces of this two mopeds to get it 100% right. And then I have more interesting projects (also very old motorcycles & cars included). So stay tuned for more videos, I hope that they also help you with your project!

      @@ZecoRestoration May i ask where you buy/order your moped parts? I found a few suppliers în Poland and Czech Republic. I am from Germany, i find some parts here too, not all, but some are not original. I want to restore the mopeds only with original Jawa parts. I'm waiting for The next video. Good luck!

      @@cradu6797 I'm from Slovakia. So I buy all the parts here or in Czech Republic. Most of the time I buy parts from Kolárovo (Babetta 210 was made there) there are some suppliers (motozolzso.sk, sim-ba.sk) and they still have some original parts in stock, but not many original parts left, but with awesome price... Also I buy parts from Motoren.sk, Veterandiely.sk, they have more quality parts, also some original parts, but with higher price. And then when I Want excellent quality parts, but not original, I chose Motomax.cz, they are from Czech, and they made their own parts with highest quality as possible... And now I remembered that in the past I bought some parts for Babetta from fichtlkramek.cz, because they had even parts that no one had in that time.

    Szia! Tudnál kérlek segíteni, hogy te , hogyan szedted ki a sztender (motor tartó álvány) tengelyét? Látom, hogy a 2 biztosító gyűrűt leszedted, és csak simán kiütöd a tengelyt? Én akárhogy ütöm kalapáccsal meg se mozdul :(. Van esetleg valami trükk, még valahol valami fogja a tengelyt? Tipped van esetleg?

      Hello. Yes I just knock the shaft out, You might see it better in part 3 of this restoration on my channel where I put it back together. On my bikes it’s came out without any problems. But You maybe have it seized/rusted inside of frame. Try to penetrate it good with some WD-40 or similar, get some pliers and try to twist it. Tap it with hammer or heat it with torch and it’s maybe help you to come loose. 🙂

    Hello, please help me how did you get off the pedal crank? I heated it, I banged it, i couldn't get it off. Do you need to fully pull the screw out? I tried that too, but it seems stuck like it can't be taken out. Can you?

    • @ZecoRestoration
      @ZecoRestoration  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello, You need to pull the screw out fully. Then give it a few gently taps with hammer, try to twist it with one hand while you tap on it and it should go out. Maybe it’s just rusted and that holds it… but I don’t think it’s holding it that’s well. Watch Third part of restoration on my channel where I assembled it together and it’s maybe help you with your problem, it’s all just an opposite from disassembling.

    hello, can you give information on how to remove the rear swing fork?

    • @ZecoRestoration
      @ZecoRestoration  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello. I'm not sure if I can help you with your question. I did not remove swing arms on this motorcycles. There was no need to remove them. But I know from work where I remove and replace few swing arms on Jawa motorcycles that you need a really strong hydraulic press, it's good to have some ''spare hands'' to help with removing, holding frame, etc. And then you need just to try push out pin, and be really careful to not damage frame or swing arm. If the pin rusts inside of the frame it's big problem to remove it. And on Babetta it's even more difficult because the pin on swing arm is on rubber bushings (Not bronze like big Jawa motorcycles) and have on one side exhaust bracket on it. So you have to be even more careful during disassembly and reassembly and pay attention to the rubber bushings.

      @@ZecoRestoration Thank you very much for the information, my friend. The motor work on my babetta is finished, it is very difficult to find parts in Turkey, I have a cup motor and a swingarm, I will try to assemble them. The only problem is that the gear system seems to bother me, what path should I follow as a gear?

    • @ZecoRestoration
      @ZecoRestoration  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry my friend. But I really don't understand what is your problem with gears and gear system? You don't know how to reassemble them? Or something else? Check out my TH-cam channel where I have second part of this restoration, dedicated mostly to engine repair and renovation. So maybe it help you with your problem. And if not, please try to explain me more of your problem in comment. And I try to help you.
