Akser hum ny client ko direct hotay pakra hy, phir sherminda bhi nahi hotay aisay loug- Aur un mein majority hamaray old age Pakistani Mard hazraat hotay hain. BAs agent ki commision bacahanay k chakker mein. Croreon ki property ly leytay hain, Hazaron mein commission deytay marney walay ho Jatay hain. Phir unk maal mein barkat kahan sy hogi. Basically hamari young generation percentage-wise bari Umer k logon sy ziyadha behter hy.
Assalam Alaikum...I must admit and put emphasis on certain design aspects which in my humble opinion is wrong and flawed,and the reason why I say this is for example you never put any type of wardrobes inside the toilet and bathroom areas due to steam and smells which inevitably arise regardless if there is a bathroom window installed.A Separate walk in closet would suffice for the main master bedroom. Also ,the main hub of any home is the central most important location must be the kitchen where a large middle island must be displayed with electrical points on either end allowing gadgets to be connected. I see in many of these homes the plug points installed a far few and between as here in London the more 3 pin plug points the merry. I personally would have a large size kitchen with all appliances hidden and to eliminate a grease type kitchen which is pointless on a 10 marla home. The fact that the main top room has the tv in one corner attachment is also totally wrong as the tv must be central to the room in order to work around the area but as we see in this home the white high gloss shelving cabinets are all disassociated and are in one corner>>>totally wrong. I do like the basement but making provisions for a gym or a games room or even a cinema room would suffice in my opinion. Anyhow ,Id rather design and make my own home InshAllah seeing my own family homes in Lahore Gulberg which a opulent and lavish but not my cup of tea as the entire layouts are all wrong even when they are massive 20.30 kanal mansions they just look silly in their designs.
