There are many problems with the functional aspect pf this house. First there is no designated space for dining table on ground floor. Secondly the closets on ground floor master bedroom and some other rooms are inside the bathroom which is a big no due to hygine problem related to mold, steam and bad air. Another thing there are no ceiling fans in the main or greasy kitchen, no walkin closet in such a big house and a very tiny kitchenette space in basement, that is if you want to rent it out the kitchen size is too small in comparison to the living space in basement. Location looks beautiful though but still too many empty plots all around which means lots of future construction disturbance. Please tell people who construct house to sell to keep these things in mind as well.
EXTRA comments - Pls show house with semi-finished structure -ie. show one completed bedroom and bathroom finished as an idea. Allow made to order for the rest with standardized fittings and schemes. Servant quarters in the basement with separate entrance, and access from ground floor, with SIMPLE 2-3 moderate sized bedrooms; 2 baths and smaller kitchenette. In this video basement kitchen and bedrooms are better than the rest. The ground and first floor can be saved for family. Bigger bedrooms can have extra closet in space next to bed. Nowadays W-I-C walk in closets are a feature. No closets in bathrooms. Even hallways landings or TV lounges can have storage cabinets. We should treat servants as humans with sufficient space, sunlight and rooms to move. With cook, driver, cleaner, or maid 1 bedroom is insufficient and inhuman.
Zabardast - from location, car porch, garden, drawing room, powder room, main kitchen, greasy kitchen, and number of rooms. Basement kitchen is larger than first floor. Didn't show Servant quarter (s)- or bath. Seemed like a hole in the wall, so he skipped it. Closets inside washroom is a no-no. Only some baths have glass cabins installed. Shd be consistent in design. 7th room upstairs had simplest washroom as if ran out of budget. Basement has bigger closets and better washrooms. House is v nice and practical. Love the greasy kitchen Wish I could buy it. I have an idea see my next comment.
