I have taken Jupiter 125 xsmarts recently , it is best scooter for family segment and ride experience is very smooth .. with new technology compared with access , TVS connect app has to develop more with new features hope we are expecting more from TVS ..

Bought Jupiter last week too.
I have access 125 2023 top model , complete almost 1 year and 3 months, till now the scooter has completed 15,500 km , and i have not faced any issue . The thing is you have to keep thw vehicle service in a proper time period according to your use. And do little maintenance like clucth clean throttle body clean in between.
I am getting a mileage of 45 plus . Also please use suzuki genuine spare parts . If you are using cheap spare parts then the vehicle will start giving you the troubles. I am fully satisfied with the vehicle.

I want to buy jupiter but im worrying for front fuel tank place, any petrol leakage may happen, when smoking it may cause fire , in floods it foot area me water may enter like that
I don't think so, because in scooters rather you place fuel Tak at rear or at front both are equally safe or dangerous for you.
I am looking to buy a 125cc scooter. People say Access has self-start issues and Tvs has spare parts issues. Please suggest whether these problems are true in reality ? Which one should be bought for family purpose
Parts availablity depends on your area's service centre, if you are from a small town or a village maybe your nearest dealership not having proper stock but if you are from a city you not have any part availability issue
Both are good scooters depends on you what you want from your scooter if you want space, advance features and metal body than you go with jupiter and if you want sophisticated design, decent features with Good Mileage than go with access

Suzuki is good vehicle but con is .fuel lid key not provide in front panel,lookwise fuel lid cap projection is ugly looking,and the silencer look also, not futuristic in my opinion, but vehicle performance is very good.

Jupiter anyday, many advantages over the Access. It has a better ride and handling. Also Jupiter has better high speed stability. As far as top speed is concerned 5-6 km/h will not make any difference, as mostly scooters are bought by family oriented customers. If someone needs to go fast he may buy a motorcycle.

Do not purchase TVS Jupiter 125 smartxonnect, I had purchased it on 21 July from Shubh Auto, Andul, Howrah. Today when I was going for number plate, the Jupiter was stopped in the middle of the road and not started. When the mechanic checked and told that the battery was discharged. It was shocking for me that the battery was discharge within 15 days. On contacting, Manager of Shubh Auto did not respond.
