Can we make it to the top of Mount Washington in NH?

Can we drive my F150 to the top of New Hampshire’s famous and deadly Mountain Washington? The grade is between 6 and 9 degrees of incline and it’s an 8 mile road with drop offs in the hundreds of feet, no shoulders and no guide rails. The road is sketchy and narrow. If that’s not enough let’s add in high winds and fog.
