Three Manifests on the CP Tomah Subdivision, 1/27/2015 - CSX Dash 8s, DM&E EMDs

After chasing the WSOR L463 from Devil's Lake to North Freedom (see previous upload) ten years ago OTD, I followed through with my original plan for the day and went to see what was running along the Canadian Pacific Tomah Subdivision mainline.
In these days before PSR and distributed-power everything, there were a lot more manifest (general merchandise) freight trains in each direction daily. First up is eastbound 298, which has a Norfolk Southern C40-8W second out.
Waiting for them at Lewiston Siding was westbound 287, with a couple of CSX Dash 8s in YN2 paint.
After moving east to a location just west of Portage, we last see westbound regional manifest 471 with Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern EMD power and all of 44 cars (12 loads, 32 empties per departure counts given to the dispatcher).

Highly unlikely. 4004 was last photographed in 2023 in a dead line at East St. Louis, IL. I saw 4000 at the ex-NRE shops in Silvis, IL last October.
