Very good video. You have the talent to explain something complex in a easy way to understand. You only can do that when someone understand it himself verywell
Barakallahu feek for your points in trying to clarifying this issue. I personally don't accept everything you have said, but will research this further. Jazakalaah khairan it was very informative.
As a Hanafi,The most authentic opinion among the mufassireen is that الجر على الجوار does not occur in the qur'an. But yes alhamdulillah great videah, baarak allahu feek
You stated that the reason that sturdy non-leather socks were allowed by Hanafis is due to qiyas (as long as they're waterproof etc). Why then is it problematic for people to make qiyas between khuffs and socks of today (they have shared qualities)?
Salamo alaykoem brother, when i travel i take a bucket and when i want wodoo i fill the bucket with water of the bathroom of the gasstation and i do my wodoo outside. I think it's better so that the people don't get upset when seeing you washing feet in public bathroom in thub that is actually made for washing hands. It's for avoiding critics on muslims.
On one hand you say that anyone who claims one can wipe over anything other than leather socks (khufain) must bring mutawatir evidence, on the other hand you bring the qiyas of scholars to claim one can wipe over socks which are not leather. Since when was analogical reasoning a mutawatir proof?
Rather than accepting that you can wipe your feet as per the Hafs Qira'at, you have taken the stance as per your words that the Quran and Sahih Hadith "Contradict one another". I'm certain that if you actually sat down with Sheikh Uthman regarding this topic rather than making a video in the comfort of your own home trying to refute, I'm sure you would not be able to defend your stance.
@@UmarElhashmi Once again, such a stance leaves you to believe in such a heretical belief. The Qur'an and Hadith contradict each other, Aozobillah. If you actually believe you are not on Batil, sit down with the sheikh rather than hide behind your videos if you are truthful. He invites people to discuss with him all the time.
