I got ripped off ordering stuff from China. They sent the wrong product and offered a refund, but not the shipping cost, and I would have to pay the return costs too.
I ordered stuff from taobao and went through a shipping service. They had the UPS label created and it has been a week, and tracking is still showing "label created". Their customer service kept on telling me the package has shipped but there is no way to track yet? What could be the reason it hasn't arrived US yet? They claimed air shipping takes 9-12 days, and it turned out to be 21 days. My shipping charge was 60% of purchase price, not happy!
Had a similar issue when I first started. The shipping info won’t show until items has arrived at the port and UPS or USA carrier has picked it up.
Why not go with DHL? It's the fastest shipping option out there. Typically, you'll get your goods from China in just 3-5 days. It's a no-brainer!

I ordered a radio, battery, hotspot, speaker Mic and antenna from China, from Aliexpress. All arrived within a fair time and exactly what I ordered, and a lot cheaper.

Cheap delivery mean slow delivery, and the customers don't like that.
Never UPS again. DHL is the best. 3 days from china to my small town in Norway

I was ripped of by Sunsky , the Chinese would not accept a faulty product returned to them , my cost my cost my cost , I am stuck with a useless projector .
Here in America , we don’t like fed ex , we prefer USPS OR UPS ……..
