A little bit of feedback: this is true for my style of learning. It's hard for me to learn in negatives. I'm better with Do's as opposed to Don'ts. Don'ts invoke anxiety and the focus shifts to "not losing" as opposed to winning. I see what you were going for, but stay on your content of Do's. Don'ts are okay if accompanied by Do's.

When project teams reach to us to help, many times we see this behavior with the owners rep.
