criticism is welcome. True, the local government should do something about it. On the other hand, underground cabling has been ongoing, and this at least helps make the downtown area neater and cleaner.

Still, Davao can improve with the help of proper urban planners with taste. It doesn't need much to beautify that city. There are lots of flowering plants that can be planted especially in main thoroughfare and highways. It matters that we see plants and flowering plants.
The current local government is working hand in hand with Architect Palafox. He and his team created and have already handed over the master plan for our tourism development and the Metro Davao development plan. It's the execution of those plans that the LGU is lacking.
