It is a bar street with a length of less than 50 meters at the east exit of Ikebukuro Station.
In Higashi-Ikebukuro, there were four bar districts that started as a black market immediately after the end of the war, "Hitose Yokocho, Hikari Town, Mikujin Koji, and Sakae Town", but two of them, "Hitoshi Yokocho and Hikari Town", have unfortunately disappeared due to redevelopment.
