Based on what I've heard and read, seems that Luhan's health was deteriorating and given medical advice to take ample rest. He had then requested to SM for a short break but sadly was rejected. If you've noticed the last few exo concerts, his face was so swollen and he even tripped several times during performance. His hands were full of needles pop (on drip). Fans recently got to know that he suffered from claustrophobia. Not sure if it's the aftermath of the frequent flights during his exo times. Due to this condition, he doesn't travel much, specially long flights is his biggest fear, as such he missed many overseas opportunities. However he's currently receiving therapy treatment and is trying to take short flights. If really unavoidable, he will resort to drinking, get himself in a drunken state before boarding. If health matters most, I see no wrong in him seeking for termination of this inhumane treatment from the company. But I believe his relationship with the exo members stayed strong and bonded.
