To me, Frollo will ALWAYS be the most evil. He chased a woman down the streets of Paris, stole her kid, kicked her down and killed her on the steps of Notre Dame, tried to throw an innocent, disfigured child down a well because he thought it was an unholy demon and needed to go back to Hell where it belonged, kept that child as a slave for 20 years, lied to him his entire life, instructed his men to burn down a house with a family locked inside, and told a gypsy that if she didn't choose him as her lover, he'd burn her to death. Can't get much more evil than that, lol.

@@SethBailey Also, for me, what makes Frollo such an icon is that even though he was horrible to Quasimodo and told him the world is cruel and unforgiving, when Quasimodo snuck out to be among the people during the Topsy Turvy Festival and they found out who he was, they threw food at him, tied him down with ropes, laughed at him, ridiculed him, etc. Frollo ended up being RIGHT. The world was exactly as he said it would be; wicked and mean because Quasimodo was disfigured. What other Disney villain can you say has actually been right? That pushed Quasimodo further into Frollo's manipulation because what he warned him about his entire life ended up being true.
Fr people always forget about Frollo, to me he's the most evil Disney villain hands down. So evil that Disney will never make another villain like him again.

The bit at 12:34 is probably my favorite one you've done in awhile. Great list! I haven't seen all of these, but from what I have seen I agree with you... EXCEPT Yzma. She's S tier because she's so bloodlusted and I swear Kronk was trying to save Kuzko lowkey lol
Yzma is great, no arguments here. Kronk is S tier though.
Thx for showing mah boy the horned king some respect. This guy is honestly the best part of the movie and even as a child, I loved this guy and wasn’t even really scared of him, more in awe of his presence. Definitely one of the darkest villains in Disney’s library

He’s not part of the Disney villain canon. He’s supposed to be a bogeyman/ Krampus figure rather than an actual Disney villain. Stromboli, however, is considered an actual Disney villain.

I watched them all and some of list I disagree with and some I definitely agree with however I think frollo would be top villain. Killed girl, stole her kid, was willing to throw him in a well and drown a baby. He also burns lots of France down over a girl and tried to have a family with kids burned Inside the house. Yeah he's definitely the worst on this list. And demons are always gonna be the worst villains

Maleficent is what I think of when I think Disney villain. I'm a little ashamed to admit she was my first cartoon crush growing up.
Your S tier ranking are almost perfect!! I would add Frollo to S tier, because he is evil hiding in plain sight. Just looking at all the horrible thing he did, and to top it all, he burnt down a city to find one girl!
I think Yzma should be S tier as well, as she succeeded in her plan for a while. Not to mention, her bloodlust was insane and her always had another plan up her sleeve.

This list is just above perfect. I'm super glad to see Ratigan and Clayton get some love. Hook is good enough to make it to the bottom of B tier for me, but I can understand him being lower. It's not fair to compare his portrayal to Hook, the best Peter Pan story every made.

What about The Coachman from Pinocchio? I mean this man takes kids and transfigures them into donkeys to seek them off, his actions were so heinous that Honest John and Gideon who are also villains are horrified and as far as we know he gets away with it and may still continue to do it.

McLeach should really be in the S ranking, so should the genocidal Rourke and Shan Yu. All of these have no qualms about murdering women or children as well. But Scar remains the most evil of them all.

Honestly edgar And Boulder hat guy aren't truly villains, okay? Yes, Edgar does tried to remove the cat, but honestly if you think about it if any other person laughed lost a whole fortune to a bunch of cats. They probably I mean, they wouldn't have done what he did, but still, they probably wouldn't want to be in the situation like that. Because like you have to feel bad for the guy.

IMO the best villains Disney has made are evil just because they can be. Nothing beats someone who cannot be reasoned with. It's why Frieza from DBZ is one of my favorite villains of all time.

There is actually nothing in the original cartoon saying they are related at all. In fact the Villain in the sequel being her sister is almost more proof to Tritan and Ursula not being related at all.
