BEST Things to do in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala!

- This travel vlog is about a weekend trip we took from Antigua, Guatemala to Lake Atitlan - which people in Guatemala call the most beautiful lake in the world. While a part of our itinerary was affected by rain, this vlog shows you an effective way to see the best parts of Lake Atitlan within a weekend
We made our way to visit three of the most popular towns in Lake Atitlan - San Marcos, San Pedro and Panajachel.
We started off with cliff jumping in San Marcos and then made our way to San Pedro on a boat. We had our accommodation in San Pedro. We found some very delicious restaurants in this town.
The next day, we hiked the Indian Nose (or Rostro Maya) with a tour company that charged us $10. This hike started at 4am and the whole trip lasted 4 hours (the hike was only 40 minutes up). This was one of those hikes that we will remember for a lifetime because of how beautiful the sunrise was over Lake Atitlan. This is a must visit for anyone coming to Lake Atitlan.
Next we were about to paddleboard in San Pedro but it started raining heavily so we just decided to make our way to Panajachel to check out the local markets. The markets of Panajachel weren't as special as we were expecting it to be.
