I've been wanting to set up an Etsy store for a while now, you have inspired me. Subscribed. Forgive my ignorance but do I need a different Etsy store for each niche? and if so, do I need to set up a new business name & bank account for each niche?
So glad you found it helpful! So for niche ideas I would recommend different stores unless the niches are very similar and target the same audience or key word. This will help clearly define you store in the Etsy algorithm and therefore rank your listings higher organically!
And you can use the same banking info for both stores easily. To get around the store name, they will have to be a little different but you could add like -1 or -2 to the end, I’ve seen that done. Etsy will require separate email addresses for each store though. Best of luck with your store!
It’s easiest on desktop for sure. You go to the shop storefront and scroll down to the bottom of their first page of listing and it’s on the left side. If for some reason it’s not showing, it’s always possible to go back to their oldest feedback and see the date it was posted 😊
