I very much relate to these points. As an adult, I use the inspiration I once had as an adolescent of being popular, to visualize myself when I’m meeting people and I am creating connections, whether it may be friendship or business. It’s a different time in my life but it’s a primal part that I can feel in my heart and maybe deeper in my solar plexus. I was never popular, but I now realize that I did have some significance, and that also helps me connect now. // the other point about anxiety or problems, is that they are always manageable when you have some space between the problem and yourself, and ultimately that goes down to whether or not you identify the problem as you. An intractable problem can be so painful, but it can start to be part of your identity. So the key is to not identify. You must not believe that you and the problem are the same thing.

I know you will be 110% soon. Surely the extra 10% will be from this wisdom you are sharing. This act of finding a state of being and vibrating to it is being used in parallel universe travel, manifestation, etc. I have forgotten the exact example, but during a certain study they also created a group of people who were told to 'imagine' themselves exercising. Their gains were equal to the actual exercisers. I'm trying this now. I feel stronger, my walk is more confident and steady All this in my mind. Amazing.

Its scary how on time and on purpose this gathering room was. its was literally curated just for me in this moment. Someone even asked the exact question i needed an answer to. Martha is a true sharman or sangoma as we call them here in South Africa.

Hi Martha! I loved this episode. Im going to practice these prompts…and yes, I lost taste and smell and it was very surreal. Thank goodness it came back on its own. Just rest and heal…and “know”…it will come back. Sending you healing love and light…oh, and smell and taste 💕🧜‍♀️

Thank you for this talk! Amazing.... I already breathe differently.
Hope you feel better soon. Just so you know it is possible: I successfully treated people after covid that lost their sense of smell and taste with Chinese acupuncture.
