A beautiful woman with a lovely and clear soprano voice. I heard her live only once when I was a teenager at the Pittsburgh Opera as she sang Donna Anna in Don Giovanni. I enjoyed this scene a great deal!!! Brava.
Sublime! Had the privilege of hearing her twice at the Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires: 1) as the four heroines in "LES CONTES D'HOFFMANN" (1980) and 2) as Elettra in "IDOMENEO, RE DI CRETA" (1981). She was magnificent in both!

She was an incredible voice and performer. Micaela in the first live opera performance I saw. I saw this run at NYCO. I saw 2 performances. The opening night (maybe this was that performance) was not as secure as the final performance which was brilliant. A rich dark lyric sound. She uses more portamento here than I like but it is certainly an impressive performance. Just because the Eb was a little shaky doesn’t make it bad. Gosh! I have always been a fan and have been watching for more TH-cams of her. Thank you.

Maria Callas, Joan Sutherland and thousands of other sopranos had nights when their E-naturals and E -flats were not as beautiful as other nights.
That person who thought it was bad is miserable! That was an excellently produced E-flat, especially from such a rich and round voice.
