Never tried to listen closely to an arsehole to know what they sound like, but if you say so. And no, thank the camera mic for the sound.

Bit of a "rattler". Engine sounded ok but other mechanical rattles. Mine didn't rattle!

It's a swing arm model so it would be a 56 or later right?

I know the Tiger Cubs got a swingarm in 1956, not sure about when the twins got theirs, though. I think this T110 was from 1958.

@@paulhenshaw4514 I have an early swing-arm Thunderbird 6T owned 40 years , registered September 1954, but regarded as a 1955 model which is when they were introduced , still all metallic blue including the frame, alternator/coil ignition and S.U carburettor.

Wow, lots of mechanical noise. Gearbox worn out? The gnashing of gears is concerning. Certainly the generator gear is worn. It whines like crazy. Otherwise good to see a pre unit getting ridden.

Unfortunately the mic on my camera picks up sounds invisible to the naked ear, making things sound a little rough even when they are like new. This machine was not rebuilt by me and I don't know the history, but it seemed to go well enough and the owner is happy enough with it.

Hello, we only see roads, houses electric poles and trees, we dont see at all the Triumph T110 and we mostly hear the mecanical noise of the friction plates of the clutch assembly and acceleration engine noise and changing gear noise. Its regreatful that we dont see the motorcycle performing on the road, because thepas camera is placed proberbly in front of the rider helmet. Should use a drone for that purpose, thankyou

The camera is placed below my chest, it is all I have and the best I can offer, sorry.

Thanks Paul for your reply, and it would be great that in a near future if your Triumph could be filmed by a friend with his drone and focusing when ever possible on these nice mufflers sound of your T110, hearing that Smooth & deep wonderful sweet notes from the rear of the exhaust silencers, of that nice pre-unit 650cc engine... would be great !
I totally agree that it is not something so much easy to do as I'm planning to do something like this with my humble 1970 Triumph Daytona T100P.
Hope that in a near future, we will be able to achieve that goal on TH-cam for the presentation, if I may say... of our elegant & handsome British Classic Motorcycle...
Sorry for my not so much good English writting as I am a French speaking guy.
      Regards
      Hervé

What is it with you Brits and your Triumphs? Why has no one else designed and built a more beautiful bike? Well, except for Ariel’s , and Vincent’s and Norton’s and etc.

The car driver in front bloody awful! Just look at his positioning and no signals.
