    hi sir chef, pano po iconsider ung overhead, pwede po ba mas mababa pa sa x3 para di na po mag increase ng target price at di rin apektado sa kita po.

      This is the basic computation of home baking costing. Nasa iyo na kung gusto mong babaan ang margin. I do mine 2.5 Kapag bulk orders. Kasi isang puwesto lang ang babagsakan. Pero sa mga nagke-cakes dapat well compensated ang gawa kasi matrabaho un.

      How may pieces is the produce of the recipe used, it’s the yield. Chef Wilburt used his ensaimada recipe so he knows the pieces of yields.
