Hi, i saw your video and its excellent, on my vessel we have a problem with black smoke, somebody touch the setting table on the panel to adjust air from 2nd blower and fuel ration, do you have the settings and if yes can you please share with me.

your burner is broken. cant repair. but you need to produce steam.
how will you do that😥!?
your burner nozzle is not working fine, you dont have spare parts, how to continue boiler operation!
Sir, is there any way to start up boiler without burner? or bypassing it? most probably he wanted to know this

In port, raise requisition spare parts or call shore assist. Failure of Boiler also can affect SOLAS Chapter - 2.
At sea, reduces steam consumption and use steam from EGE.
Sometimes, incinerator pilot nozzle and boiler pilot nozzle is same. 😊

As First, please check the distance between tips of air nozzle and cup. It should be 2.0mm. If not in limit, adjust it.

I already checked and measure the clearance between air nozzle and rotary cup and within the limit 2mm,but still black smoke coming out at the end of combustion sir

Please check links of secondary air line and lubricate.
Adjust link of secondary air line damper to enter more fresh air.

Hello sir
lets pretend, you are in port, your boiler is giving black smoke to the funnel. now PSC wont allow you to run boiler with black smoke. you tried everything to check why black smoke is coming out. but still black smoke.
also you need to produce steam.
in that situation how will you manage this?

Adjust and Increase Air Damper Until Clear Smoke Comes Out. He wants to adjust Fuel and Air Ratio. 😊
