In this video you will see how to install a PLADUR hatch.
These hatches are very comfortable for when you want to leave something hidden, but you will need access. Examples: stopcocks for water, electricity connection boxes and even, if you have enough space between the false plasterboard ceiling and the slab, you put a large one and it is good for storing things in that hole.
The hatch is made up of aluminum profiles with a 12.5 mm anti-humidity PLADUR plate, and two or more click closures. The two frames of the hatch are made up of four profiles solidly joined together by means of a special procedure. The hatch is supplied with one or more safety cables and a hooking carabiner that must be closed after each use, in order to avoid accidents. The installation of the hatch on walls or ceilings is immediate and easy.
Between the frame and the hatch there is a 1.75mm gap that contains a profiled gasket that prevents the passage of light between the frame and the hatch. The invisible click locks open the gate only by exerting pressure.

We are going to place a small plasterboard hatch.
With a magnet we will check where the profiles pass us, thus avoiding having to cut it.
If the hatch were large, there would be no choice but to cut a profile.
In this case we will leave a separation of 10 cm from the wall.
We will use the cap to mark a square.
We measure the frame by the outer area of the overhang. In this case we have 20cm.
Now we mark from the square that we made 20cm on each side.
We mark the lines.
In this case, to avoid dirtying, we will fasten a box on the wall, so that when cutting, the dust falls inside.
With a pointed saw we cut along the lines.
Now we place the frame. In this case, it will enter us a little bit because the ceiling lowers a little from the slab.
I usually always place the frame so that when opening the cover lowers towards the wall.
When screwing the sides, we will do it in the centers because the corners are usually reinforced and the screw does not fit well.
They usually bring some gummies that are put on the screws so that when you put your hand you do not hurt yourself.

With a little paste we give the screws and the crack that remains between the plate and the hatch.
Once dry, if needed, give the screws another coat of paste.
When drying we pass a sandpaper and ready to paint.

Estas trampillas son muy cómodas para cuando quieres dejar algo oculto, pero vas a necesitar acceder. Ejemplos: llaves de paso para agua, cajas de empalmes de electricidad e incluso, si tienes suficiente espacio entre el falso techo de pladur y el forjado, colocas una grande y te vale para almacenar cosas en ese hueco.

Hola! Tengo que instalar una tapa de registro como esa pero mucho más grande. Es de 100x70 cms. Tendré que cortar perfiles. Tendré que reforzar el perímetro? Cómo se puede hacer? He pensado poner codos en el forjado y hacer el perímetro de metal y anclarle esos codos, pero no sé si podré por falta de espacio, pues hay una máquina de VMC en el techo que ahora me han dicho que hay que acceder a ella en su totalidad. Me hicieron un registro pequeño, para los filtros sólo y no es suficiente. Hay que acceder a la máquina en su totalidad. Mide 85×61, de ahí las medidas que he decidido poner. He visto una trampilla como la que has puesto, pero más grande. Gracias de antemano

Yo no habla de precios ni de ciudades se que los precios en cada ciudad son diferentes . Y se que cada uno tiene su forma de trabajar. Yo nunca desprestigio a los profesionales al contrario doy ideas para que sepan diferenciar el profesional de el que no lo es. E cambiado muchos techos que estaban callendo por mal montaje. Por eso doy ideas para que la gente sepa apreciar al material y a los profesionales.
Solo conozco las trampillas de Eurofirst que tiene medidas especiales y metalicas con diversas colores ;)

Tengo una pregunta porque a mí no se me ocurre nada... Tengo un techo de Pladur, luego unos 20 centímetros de aire y aislantes y al otro lado hormigón.
¿Cómo se te ocurriría a tí poner unos enganches con un arnés para poder colgar del techo unos 150kg y que no se fastidie el Pladur? (Mi idea es colgar un par de hamacas)

Una idea puede ser con unas varillas roscadas gruesas que las enrrosques al hormigón con tacos de latón. Y la dejas bajar un poco del pladur donde ahí le colocas un mosquetón redondo.
Otra manera ya sería aguatando una estructura metálica al hormigón y dejarla justo encima del pladur y luego aguantar de esa estructura. Un saludo 👋
@@TutorialCreativo Muchas gracias, la primera opción con el bamboleo puede no quedar muy fino donde está la placa aunque sean varillas gruesas, pero un soporte grande que sobresalga del pladur hace que no se pueda mover y ya no tendría ese problema. Muchas gracias!!!
Esta muy bien el trabajo la verdad, pero generalmente se hace debajo de llaves o algo en especial. Sino para q lo haces? O es de ejemplo?
Yo por ejemplo, lo tengo en la pared para dejar errollados los cables de hdmi ya que me van todos por detras de conectados a un spleeter

Para que se instalan esas trampillas ?
Se suelen instalar en zonas donde hay llaves de paso pe agua en cajas de electricidad, e incluso unas más grandes si tienes espacio entre el techo y forjado para guardar cosas.
