You can make some good snow cream, I made some recently and it was delicious 😋🤤. I googled how to make it. We use to make it when we were kids, and we made chocolate 😋
I've lived in Texas since age 10. It only snowed in 12th grade there in February 2021. Super cold, pitch black outside cause electricity went off, and no water. It eventually got back to normal, but it was a little rough not doing normal things, but no school then(I was online then anyway with pandemic). This month I'm at my Pennsylvania college, and it always snows in PA in January.
