Whenever U reached a steak house even THE KEG, next time U can asked for rare in stead. Most of the restaurants in here might cook bit more than U asked for and expected. In my experienced I always asked for rare and hardly could go wrong. Or if U asked for rare, most likely will be came out medium rare. If the steak really came out medium or more, U can asked for them to re do a new steak.

其實每個埠Mall 入面既店舖幾乎完全一樣，只有少許店鋪係唔同，冇乜特別，只係於亞省比一個稅5 %GST，因為係出油的省份，所以比較其他省份買嘢就少比一個稅，不過天氣乾燥，凍好多，生活指數及房屋平好多，年青一輩有能力置業，所以新移民應該考慮亞省
同意 基本上商場舖頭係接近一樣 但稅低啲買野就開心啲 生活指數係低但係比較靜同冬天時間比較長

Huh.. it’s hard to say. We ordered steaks in another restaurant but didn’t seem to have this problem. May try to order rare instead next time haha
