- A long overdue summit camp in a tent instead of a bivvy bag. I have wanted to do a summit camp in the mountain in Glenshee for ages and on this trip I had proper winter conditions at the top of the Munro.

Loved this. I've driven up through Glenshee so many times en route to Inverurie to see family and never had the time to explore the mountains here. Epic camp spot and loved the snowy scenes too!

Cracking camp and nice to wake up to a fresh covering of snow. A lot of wildlife as well, it can look very barren and then suddenly the wildlife comes out.
That was one of my favourite camps in ages. It was great to see so many animals in their natural environment 🏔
@@Macoutdoors361 I'd like to wake up with fresh snow. I've had 3 snow camps, but never got any fresh snow.
I knew it was going to snow but didn't expect it to snow as much as it did 🏔
That was great mate. Cracking camp. We done the cairnwell 3 a month or so ago and got brill weather. Didn’t camp it tho. That was nice drone footage you got to. Thanks, Donny

Wow! So gorgeous and such hard work. I can see how one could really get lost up there.
I did get a bit lost at one point by following foot steps which I thought would take me back to the ski centre.

@elendil7 I had spoken to a group who said they had come from the car park so started to follow their steps but they had come up a different way to the way I wanted to go so took me of course for a bit.

Thanks Jimmy, it was a challenge in the snow but such a fun trip. I can't wait to watch the shelter build video tonight. My kitchen area at camp has collapsed so I'm building a new one soon. 👍

I should have taken a bit more food but apart from that I had all the correct gear. It was really warm in the tent ⛺️
